本实用新型涉及清洗处理装置，尤其涉及用于在清洗设备和湿法处理设备中硅片表面清洗处理一种活动式压轮装置。 
背景技术
在太阳能清洗设备和湿法处理设备中，尤其是链式太阳能清洗设备和湿法处理设备中，为防止硅片在处理药液中浮起或防止硅片在行走过程中歪斜，往往需要将硅片轻轻抵压住。由于硅片很薄很脆，若抵压的力度过大，则容易导致碎片，压的力度过小则达不到预期的效果。这在实际生产中，由于掌握不好，往往造成产品的损失。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型是要解决现有技术中存在的问题，提出一种结构简单、使用效果好的活动式压轮装置。 
为解决所述技术问题，本实用新型提出的一种活动式压轮装置，其包括上压杆，活动套于该上压杆上的至少一个上压轮。 
优选的，所述的上压轮包括以圆筒体、设于该圆筒体两端的轮圈。 
其中，所述轮圈的外圆可以设有一柔性O型圈。 
所述圆筒体的两端面还可以分别设有一缺口，该缺口上设有一卡圈。 
本实用新型在输送带的传动轴的上方设置一系列活动式上压轮装置。当硅片经过时，每道上压轮均能依靠本身的重量压住硅片，既保证了硅片能安全通过，又保证了不回压碎硅片。根据不同的输送工况，活动式上压轮装置的列数、上压轮的大小和数量均可以选定，根据需要，也可以在轮圈的外圆设有一柔性O型圈，以便更好地保护硅片。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型较佳实施例提供的一种活动式压轮装置，其包括上压杆3，活动套于该上压杆3上的至少一个上压轮2。本实施例的上压轮2包括一圆筒体5、设于该圆筒体两端的轮圈6，一共设有三个上压轮2。根据不同的输送工况，上压轮的大小和数量均可以选定，根据需要，也可以在轮圈的外圆设有一柔性O型圈，以便更好地保护硅片。还可以在圆筒体5的两端面分别设有一缺口7，该缺口上设有一卡圈（未示出）。该卡圈既可防止上压轮2纵向移动，又能够在上压轮转动不灵活时，由上压杆带动上压轮一起转动。 
如图2所示，在输送带的传动轴1的上方可以设置一系列活动式上压轮装置。当硅片4经过时，每道上压轮2均能依靠本身的重量压住硅片4，既保证了硅片能安全通过，又保证了不回压碎硅片。本实用新型有效地克服了现有技术的缺陷。

1.一种活动式压轮装置，其特征在于，包括上压杆（3），活动套于该上压杆（1）上的至少一个上压轮（2）。
2.如权利要求1所述的活动式压轮装置，其特征在于，所述的上压轮（2）包括一圆筒体（5）、设于该圆筒体两端的轮圈（6）。
3.如权利要求2所述的活动式压轮装置，其特征在于，所述轮圈（6）的外圆设有柔性O型圈。
4.如权利要求2所述的活动式压轮装置，其特征在于，所述圆筒体（5）的两端面分别设有一缺口（7），该缺口上设有一卡圈。
