本实用新型公开了一种换热器集流管的进出液孔转接座,其底部贴合设置在换热器集流管的管壁上,先使用铝质铆钉将进出液孔转接座铆接在换热器集流管的管壁上,再将转接座钎焊在换热器集流管的管壁上。由于铝质铆钉上涂有焊膏,在钎焊时铝质铆钉一并被钎焊成一体,可以防止铝质铆钉连接松动而泄露。装配后,换热器集流管两端用端塞封堵,转接座的连接端口用来连接进出液管。

本实用新型属于换热器集流管技术领域,具体是涉及一种换热器集流管的进出液孔转接座。
背景技术
为了连接方便,在换热器集流管的进出液孔往往需要设置一个转接座,其底部贴合设置在换热器集流管的管壁上,转接座经氩弧焊固定在换热器集流管的管壁上。为了使转接座的孔对牢换热器集流管的进出液孔,在氩弧焊前常用卡簧将转接座预先固定在换热器集流管的管壁上。由于卡簧有弹性,在氩弧焊时容易碰触使得转接座移位,这样转接座的孔不能与换热器集流管的进出液孔对牢;再就是氩弧焊有时会产生虚焊,在使用时转接座移位甚至脱落。
发明内容
本实用新型主要是解决上述现有技术所存在的技术问题,提供了一种换热器集流管的进出液孔转接座。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种换热器集流管的进出液孔转接座,其底部贴合设置在换热器集流管的管壁上,所述进出液孔转接座由铝质铆钉铆接在换热器集流管的管壁上,并钎焊在一起;所述铝质铆钉上涂有焊膏,在钎焊时铝质铆钉一并被钎焊成一体。 
装配时,转接座底部贴合设置在换热器集流管的管壁上,使用铝质铆钉将进出液孔转接座铆接在换热器集流管的管壁上,再将转接座钎焊在换热器集流管的管壁上。由于铝质铆钉上涂有焊膏,在钎焊时铝质铆钉一并被钎焊成一体,可以防止铝质铆钉连接松动而泄露。本实用新型具有结构简单、设计合理等特点。

实施例:参看图1和图2,本实用新型换热器集流管的进出液孔转接座3,其底部贴合设置在换热器集流管的管壁1上,先使用铝质铆钉5将进出液孔转接座3铆接在换热器集流管的管壁1上,再将转接座3钎焊在换热器集流管的管壁1上。由于铝质铆钉5上涂有焊膏,在钎焊时铝质铆钉5一并被钎焊成一体,可以防止铝质铆钉连接松动而泄露。装配后,换热器集流管两端用端塞2封堵,转接座3的连接端口4用来连接进出液管。
