本实用新型涉及一种管道连接件，尤其涉及一种棘爪式承插连接铜管。
背景技术
目前，铜管常用的连接方式有螺纹连接、焊接连接、法兰连接、承插连接等形式，这些连接方式均能保证牢固、可靠、无渗漏。但是，螺纹连接需要旋转两根相互连接的管道，当相互连接的两根管道长度较长或重量较大时，螺纹连接非常不适用；铜管的焊接连接需要电气焊设备，对于场地较小的地方不适用，并且铜管的焊接连接成本较高；法兰连接不符合无接头连接的需求。

为解决现有技术的不足，本实用新型具体公开了一种棘爪式承插连接铜管，连接方便可靠。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
一种棘爪式承插连接铜管，包括带有凸出端的第一铜管和带有承接端的第二铜管，所述第一铜管的凸出端的外径与第二铜管承接端的内径相适配，且第一铜管的凸出端设置有倒刺，第二铜管的承接端设置有与所述倒刺相适配的插接纹。
优选的，所述倒刺与插接纹为过盈配合。
优选的，所述承接端与凸出端为过盈配合。

在进行装配时仅需要将凸出端插入承接端内部即可，倒刺与插接纹相适配，在装配完成后，第一铜管和第二铜管分别受反向拉力时不会松脱，且具有良好的密封性。

一种棘爪式承插连接铜管，其结构如图1-1所示：包括带有凸出端3的第一铜管6和带有承接端1的第二铜管5，所述第一铜管6的凸出端3的外径与第二铜管5承接端1的内径相适配，且第一铜管6的凸出端3设置有倒刺4，第二铜管5的承接端1设置有与所述倒刺4相适配的插接纹2。
所述倒刺4与插接纹2为过盈配合。
所述承接端2与凸出端1为过盈配合。
在进行装配时仅需要将凸出端3插入承接端1内部即可，倒刺4与插接纹2相适配，在装配完成后，第一铜管6和第二铜管5分别受反向拉力时不会松脱，且具有良好的密封性。

1.一种棘爪式承插连接铜管，其特征在于：包括带有凸出端的第一铜管和带有承接端的第二铜管，所述第一铜管的凸出端的外径与第二铜管承接端的内径相适配，且第一铜管的凸出端设置有倒刺，第二铜管的承接端设置有与所述倒刺相适配的插接纹。
