Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种钛质换热板波纹应力集中缓减结构,该结构设在换热板中部。所述换热板为凹凸板面构件,它由挂口、进出口、导流区、边肋和波纹构成。位于板面上的波纹纵向呈瓦楞状排列,横向相邻波纹按人字形排列。本实用新型将板面上纵向一顺排列的波纹按圆弧形凹槽与梯形凸槽交替排列,两者相邻间距相等,高度齐平。经上述技术改进显著减少波纹折弯角,具体地讲是利用圆弧自然过渡特性避免在钛质板上设置角弯,没有角弯大大缓减应力集中,使得钛质换热板波纹压制成形不产生裂纹,更不可能产生板面开裂,此问题的解决显著降低报废率,从而节约生产成本。另一方面是圆弧形凹槽结构的波纹流阻小,有利于换热介质流动,提升换热效率。

本实用新型涉及一种换热板波纹结构设计,具体地讲,本实用新型涉及一种钛质换热板波纹应力集中缓减结构。
背景技术
换热板是板式换热器的主体换热构件,用金属薄板制成的换热板通常按一定规则排列的波纹。压制成形的凹凸波纹除有效提高换热板换热面积,也显著增加板面刚性,同时也利用波纹的导向作用促成换热板之间换热介质流形成湍流,湍流有利于提升换热介质的换热效率。目前,市场上商品板式换热器中的换热板均压有凹凸相间的梯形波纹,该结构的波纹形状规则,压制成形容易,换热介质流淌顺畅,能够达到目标的换热效率。但是,凹凸相间的梯形波纹角弯多,角弯处存在较大应力集中问题。普通钢板的韧性好能够消化角弯处应力,不会产生板面裂纹或开裂问题。当换热介质是腐蚀性较强的海水或卤水时,换热板的材质则选用钛质板。钛质板耐腐能力很好,但韧性比普通钢板差一些,在板面上压制波纹时易在角弯处产生裂纹,甚至产生开裂。此问题一直制约钛质换热板的制造质量。另一方面是钛板售价比普通钢板高十倍以上,高报废率必然增加生产成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要针对现有换热板波纹结构不适合钛质换热板的问题,提出一种钛质换热板波纹应力集中缓减结构,该结构简单、合理,通过减少角弯而缓减应力集中问题,压制波纹时不发生裂纹或开裂质量问题。
本实用新型通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
钛质换热板波纹应力集中缓减结构,该结构设在换热板中部。所述换热板为凹凸板面构件,它由挂口、进出口、导流区、边肋和波纹构成。所述波纹位于板面中部,纵向呈瓦楞状排列,横向相邻波纹按人字形排列;其改进之处在于:板面上纵向一顺排列的波纹按圆弧形凹槽与梯形凸槽交替排列。
上述结构中的圆弧形凹槽与相邻梯形凸槽之间间距相等,两者高度齐平。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、圆弧形凹槽没有角弯,压制时钛板自然过渡弯曲,不产生应力集中问题,不会产生裂纹或开裂质量问题;
2、圆弧形凹槽逐渐成形,压制质量稳定,显著降低制造成本;
3、圆弧形凹槽流阻小,有利于换热介质流动,提升换热效率。

图1所示的钛质换热板波纹应力集中缓减结构,该结构设在换热板中部。所述换热板为凹凸板面构件,它由挂口1、进出口2、导流区3、边肋4和波纹5构成。位于中部板面上的波纹5纵向呈瓦楞状排列,横向相邻波纹5按人字形排列。本实用新型技术改进是将板面上纵向一顺排列的波纹5按圆弧形凹槽5.1与梯形凸槽5.2交替排列,两者交替排列间距相等,高度齐平。经过上述技术改进显著减少波纹5折弯角,具体地讲是利用圆弧自然过渡特性避免钛板角弯,没有角弯大大缓减应力集中,使得钛质换热板波纹5压制成形不产生裂纹,更不可能产生板面开裂,此问题的解决显著降低报废率,从而节约生产成本。另一方面是圆弧形凹槽结构的波纹5流阻小,有利于换热介质流动,提升换热效率。

1.一种钛质换热板波纹应力集中缓减结构,该结构设在换热板中部;所述换热板为凹凸板面构件,它由挂口(1)、进出口(2)、导流区(3)、边肋(4)和波纹(5)构成;所述波纹(5)位于板面中部,纵向呈瓦楞状排列,横向相邻波纹(5)按人字形排列;其特征在于:板面上纵向一顺排列的波纹(5)按圆弧形凹槽(5.1)与梯形凸槽(5.2)交替排列。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钛质换热板波纹应力集中缓减结构,其特征在于:所述圆弧形凹槽(5.1)与相邻梯形凸槽(5.2)之间间距相等,两者高度齐平。
