Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种降膜式蒸发器,该蒸发器包括壳体及管束,所述的管束水平设置在壳体内,所述的壳体上方设有液态制冷剂入口和气态制冷剂出口,壳体下方设有液态制冷剂出口在管束中部设有隔板,将管束分为上下两层,上层的管束的上部还设置有隔板,所述的隔板上布设有通孔。与现有技术相比,本实用新型的换热效率得到大大提高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种制冷系统中的蒸发器,尤其是涉及一种降膜式蒸发器。
背景技术
用于压缩制冷的降膜式蒸发器是将制冷剂自降膜式蒸发器壳体上部加入,经液体分布及成膜装置,均匀分配到各换热管外部,在重力作用下,成均匀膜状自上而下流动。流动过程中,吸收换热管内部流动介质(水)的热量而被汽化,从而完成液态冷媒蒸发为气态冷媒的蒸发过程,
例如:申请号为00817205.6的中国专利公开了一种“用于蒸汽压缩制冷器的降膜式蒸发器”,该蒸发器具有一壳体、一管束、一蒸汽出口以及一制冷剂分配器,所述蒸汽出口与所述压缩机相连使蒸汽流向所述压缩机,而所述管束的管子水平地铺设在所述壳体内,所述制冷剂分配器设置在所诉壳体内所述管束的上方,并且可接受来自所述膨胀装置的液态制冷剂,在基本无压力帮助的情况下,所述分配器使液态制冷剂垂直向下沉积到所述管束的顶部,所述管束形成至少一个蒸汽通道,所述蒸汽通道为一种基本无阻碍的流动路径,该路径有利于将制冷气体从所述管束的内部导向其外侧。该降膜式蒸发器存在以下缺点:当来自膨胀装置的液态制冷剂自上而下流过管束时,液态制冷剂常会凝结在上层的管束上,造成通道堵塞,致使液态制冷剂不能与下层的管束充分接触,从而使蒸发效率大大降低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种工作效率大大提高的降膜式蒸发器。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:一种降膜式蒸发器,该蒸发器包括壳体及管束,所述的管束水平设置在壳体内,所述的壳体上方设有液态制冷剂入口和气态制冷剂出口,壳体下方设有液态制冷剂出口,其特征在于,在管束中部设有隔板,将管束分为上下两层,上层的管束的上部还设置有隔板,所述的隔板 上布设有通孔。
所述的隔板四周围设有侧板。
上层的管束分为两部分,两部分管束之间形成气道。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型由于在管束上部及中部设置有的隔板,其可对制冷剂进行二次分配,使制冷剂充分与管束接触,从而大大提高蒸发器的换热效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
实施例
如图1、图2所示,一种降膜式蒸发器,该蒸发器包括壳体1及管束2。管束2水平设置在壳体1内。壳体1上方设有液态制冷剂入口和气态制冷剂出口,壳体下方设有液态制冷剂出口。在管束的中部设有隔板3,将管束分为上下两层,上层的管束的上部还设置有隔板3。隔板3上布设有通孔31,且隔板3四周围设有侧板32。上层的管束分为两部分,两部分管束之间形成气道4。
使用时,制冷剂如冷媒从气态制冷剂入口进入壳体,由于在管束上部设有隔板,从而可使制冷剂分散开来,均匀洒落在管束上。被蒸发的制冷剂从气态制冷剂出口流出,未被蒸发的制冷剂在重力的作用下沿上层管束下落,到达设在管束中部的隔板时,在隔板的作用下对制冷剂进行二次分配,使制冷剂再一次分散开来,让其与下层管束充分接触,从而大大提高蒸发器的换热效率。最后未被蒸发的制冷剂从液态制冷剂出口流出。

1.一种降膜式蒸发器,该蒸发器包括壳体及管束,所述的管束水平设置在壳体内,所述的壳体上方设有液态制冷剂入口和气态制冷剂出口,壳体下方设有液态制冷剂出口,其特征在于,在管束中部设有隔板,将管束分为上下两层,上层的管束的上部还设置有隔板,所述的隔板上布设有通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降膜式蒸发器,其特征在于,所述的隔板四周围设有侧板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种降膜式蒸发器,其特征在于,上层的管束分为两部分,两部分管束之间形成气道。
