Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种节能环保型LED T5灯管。目前市场上LED T5灯管普遍发光角度不大,并且光线刺眼,发光灯管整体看起来光束角小。本实用新型由铝堵头、铝座、光扩散乳白PC面罩、COB光源模组和DC线材构成。铝座表面设置有卡槽,卡槽内设有若干COB光源模组,COB光源模组与COB光源模组之间通过焊点焊接方式连接,光扩散乳白PC罩与铝座卡接,DC线材一端连接COB光源模组,另一端连接铝堵头,铝堵头固定在铝座两端。由于COB光源模组采用高透光率的透明胶料注塑作为灯杯,降低温升、提高了光效,铝座采用6063铝,散热快,延长了灯具的寿命,灯管面罩为乳白PC罩,光效均匀,光线柔和,减低了成本,结构简单、可靠、使用方便,利于推广。

背景技术
目前市场上LED T5灯管普遍发光角度不大,并且光线刺眼,发光灯管整体看起来光束角小,而传统荧光灯管的灯管内壁涂有水银,废弃时会造成环境污染。因此,利用结构及封装材料来实现增大发光角度且发光均匀的环保型T5灯管成为目前一个重要的研究课题。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述技术缺点,提供一种结构简单、使用方便、光效均匀、寿命长的节能环保型LED T5灯管。 
本实用新型由铝堵头、铝座、光扩散乳白PC面罩、COB光源模组和DC线材构成。铝座表面设置有卡槽,卡槽内设有若干COB光源模组,COB光源模组与COB光源模组之间通过焊点焊接方式连接,光扩散乳白PC罩与铝座卡接,DC线材一端连接COB光源模组,另一端连接铝堵头,铝堵头固定在铝座两端。 
本实用新型优点是COB光源模组采用高透光率的透明胶料注塑作为灯杯,有效地降低温升和提高了光效,铝座采用散热良好的6063铝,散热快,延长了灯具的寿命,灯管面罩采用光扩散乳白PC罩, 光效均匀,光线柔和,COB光源模组与COB光源模组之间通过焊点焊接方式连接,有效的提高了生产效率,减低了成本,结构简单、可靠、使用方便,利于推广。
