背景技术
压力调节器主要用于调节出口压力平衡，使其保持一个恒定的输出，目前常用的调节器使用过程中由于反复运动导致膜片容易损坏，外壳缺少自平衡，又是反应较慢，影响压力输出。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷，提供一种压力调节器，使用方便，工作效率高。
其技术方案是：主要是由阀体、阀座、进气口、外壳、调节手柄、定位螺栓、传力弹簧、橡皮隔膜、阀体、顶杆、出气口、支撑弹簧、下放气口组成，阀体固定在外壳上，阀体设有进气口和出气口，阀体内固定阀座、阀芯和支撑弹簧，外壳内固定设置传力弹簧，所述的传力弹簧上部通过顶杆连接阀座、下部通过定位螺栓连接手柄，所述的阀体和外壳之间设有橡皮隔膜。
上述的外壳底部一侧设有下放气口。
本实用新型的有益效果是：通过采用橡胶膜片保证了压力调节器能够持续稳定工作，外壳上设有的放气孔，可以保证自身调节平衡，提高了工作效率，保证了输出压力的稳定。

本实用新型主要是由阀芯1、阀座2、进气口3、外壳4、手柄5、定位螺栓6、传力弹簧7、橡皮隔膜8、阀体9、顶杆10、出气口11、支撑弹簧12组成，阀体9固定在外壳4上，阀体9设有进气口3和出气口11，阀体9内固定阀座2、阀芯1和支撑弹簧12，外壳4内固定设置传力弹簧7，所述的传力弹簧7上部通过顶杆10连接阀座2、下部通过定位螺栓6连接手柄5，所述的阀体9和外壳4之间设有橡皮隔膜8，所述的外壳4底部一侧设有下放气口13。
当把手柄向内拧入时，传力弹簧把橡皮隔膜向上顶起，在顶杆的作用下把阀芯打开，使进气口与出气口连通，此时下游压力随气体不断流过阀而逐渐升高，推动橡皮隔膜向下位移，同时压缩传力弹簧，顶杆同时向下移动，直至关闭，这时不再有气体向下流动，从而使下游压力维持稳定。当下游用气后，压力下降时，橡皮隔膜在传力弹簧的作用下向上撑起，再一次把阀芯打开，重新进行调节。

1.一种压力调节器，其特征是：主要是由阀芯（1）、阀座（2）、进气口（3）、外壳（4）、手柄（5）、定位螺栓（6）、传力弹簧（7）、橡皮隔膜（8）、阀体（9）、顶杆（10）、出气口（11）、支撑弹簧（12）组成，阀体（9）固定在外壳（4）上，阀体（9）设有进气口（3）和出气口（11），阀体（9）内固定阀座（2）、阀芯（1）和支撑弹簧（12），外壳（4）内固定设置传力弹簧（7），所述的传力弹簧（7）上部通过顶杆（10）连接阀座（2）、下部通过定位螺栓（6）连接手柄（5），所述的阀体（9）和外壳（4）之间设有橡皮隔膜（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压力调节器，其特征是：所述的外壳（4）底部一侧设有下放气口（13）。
