背景技术
N扣是一种沙发家具汽车坐骑紧固件，将木头平方后，用汽动工具将产品连发打入木头上后，用工字簧放入，依次紧固。以前技术的缺点在于一个产品需一个人用铁搞入木架中，工作效率低，由此造成成品质量差，甚至可能出现散落、断胶、脱皮等现象，另外N扣的脚钉常采用塑制材料，弹性强度低，易折断。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种紧固弹簧扣带，以克服现有技术存在的上述不足。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种紧固弹簧扣带，包括若干个N扣，所述N扣的底部两侧各设有横向凹槽，两根塑料线分别嵌入两横向凹横中，所述若干个N扣通过两根塑料线依次排列连接；N扣的上部设有凹沟，该凹沟内部嵌入与冷压板卡紧的N形塑料片，N扣的下部设有两个脚钉。
本实用新型的有益效果为：提高了运输或生产当中的合格率，并且将巨量N扣稳固地连接在沙发上，人坐在了弹簧上，相互摩擦无噪音，起到消除噪音的作用，提高了工作效率，且结构简单、制造成本低、灵活性强。

如图1-3所示，本实用新型实施例所述的一种紧固弹簧扣带，包括若干个N扣1，所述N扣1的底部两侧各设有横向凹槽，两根塑料线2分别嵌入两横向凹横中，所述的若干个N扣1通过两根塑料线2依次排列连接，N扣1的上部设有凹沟，该凹沟内部嵌入与冷压板5卡紧的N形塑料片4，N扣1的下部设有两个脚钉3。
本实用新型实施例所述的紧固弹簧扣带使用时，将木头平方后，用汽动工具将产品连发打入木头上后，用工字簧放入，依次紧固，将N扣稳固地连接在沙发上。
