大型箱型柱件吊运翻转工装夹具，包括有依次相互铰接的左吊链板、上吊链板、右吊链板、下吊链板，左吊链板、上吊链板、右吊链板与下吊链板组合环抱着大型箱型柱件，所述左吊链板与下吊链板的端部采用螺杆固定连接，所述的左吊链板、上吊链板、右吊链板、下吊链板的外侧壁上分别设有吊耳。
所述的左吊链板、右吊链板、下吊链板分别呈条形板状，其长度、宽度分别与大型箱型柱件的尺寸相匹配。
