Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种刮板链自动拉紧装置，它是在刮板输送机伸缩机架的两侧用销轴安装上液压千斤顶，千斤顶的缸体后腔内安装有弹簧组件，千斤顶前后腔与液控装置构成液压通路。本实用新型首先利用弹簧储能对刮板链进行预紧，再利用液压油优良的可压缩性进行储能，通过液控装置对千斤顶后腔液压油压力进行调节，控制活塞杆压缩，即满足自动拉紧的要求，又安全可靠。

本实用新型涉及煤矿刮板输送机。
背景技术
刮板输送机在运行过程中，刮板链的自由松紧程度，对其与链轮啮合磨损、跳链、冲击、磕碰有着决定性关系。由于松紧度不能自动调整，所以经常发生跳链、冲击、磕碰现象，造成设备早期更换，而且由于过紧造成链轮磨损程度加快。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足，本实用新型提供一种刮板链自动拉紧装置。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案是：它是在刮板输送机伸缩机架的两侧用销轴安装上液压千斤顶，千斤顶的缸体后腔内安装有弹簧组件，千斤顶前后腔与液控装置构成液压通路。
本实用新型的优点是：首先利用弹簧储能对刮板链进行预紧，再利用液压油优良的可压缩性进行储能，通过液控装置对千斤顶后腔液压油压力进行调节，控制活塞杆压缩，即满足自动拉紧的要求，又安全可靠。该装置利用了弹簧压缩和液压的性能，对刮板链时时进行预紧，有效解决了刮板链爬链、初张力不稳、运行冲击等问题，而且弹簧浸泡在液压油中无锈蚀，千斤顶前后腔液压油实现连通，无需外接液压源工作可靠，维护方便，使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型是在刮板输送机伸缩机架4的两侧用销轴安装上液压千斤顶1，千斤顶1的缸体后腔内安装有弹簧组件2，千斤顶1前后腔与液控装置3构成液压通路。
