一种滚轮修整装置是轴承套圈磨床滚轮修整技术，它克服了其它技术存在的缺点，其结构关系是，圆螺母固定在滚轮轴上，并压紧带轮；后端盖固定在轴座上，并且后端盖与轴承外圈中间有1mm间隙，可用于弹簧对轴承预紧；螺母固定在滚轮轴上并压紧轴承，轴座前后两端分别装有两套轴承，两套轴承上支承着滚轮轴，轴座上有气雾润滑孔；后外隔套中间有润滑沟槽和孔，可润滑两端轴承，后内隔套装在后端两轴承中间，弹簧一端固定在弹簧座上，其另一端与弹簧垫片连接，弹簧垫片贴紧轴座，内隔套顶紧轴座两端轴承内圈；前外隔圈和前内隔圈分别顶紧轴座右端轴承的外圈和内圈，前端盖固定在轴座上；金刚滚轮被压紧螺母压紧在滚轮轴右端。

一种滚轮修整装置
一、技术领域：本实用新型涉及轴承套圈磨床滚轮修整技术，尤其是一种滚轮修整装置。
二、背景技术：目前轴承套圈磨床滚轮修整机构主要为双支撑式，更换金刚滚轮时间长，且维护成本高，给生产加工带来很大不便。
三、发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供程序简单，工作效率较高的一种滚轮修整装置，它克服了其它技术存在的缺点，本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，它是由圆螺母、带轮、后端盖、螺母、轴座、后外隔圈、后内隔套、弹簧座、弹簧、弹簧垫片、内隔套、前外隔圈、前内隔圈、前端盖、滚轮轴、金刚滚轮、压紧螺母连接而成，圆螺母固定在滚轮轴上，并压紧带轮。
后端盖固定在轴座上，并且后端盖与轴承外圈中间有1mm间隙，可用于弹簧对轴承预紧。
螺母固定在滚轮轴上并压紧轴承，轴座前后两端分别装有两套轴承，两套轴承上支承着滚轮轴，轴座上有气雾润滑孔。
后外隔套中间有润滑沟槽和孔，可润滑两端轴承，后内隔套装在后端两轴承中间，弹簧一端固定在弹簧座上，其另一端与弹簧垫片连接，弹簧垫片贴紧轴座，内隔套顶紧轴座两端轴承内圈。
前外隔圈和前内隔圈分别顶紧轴座右端轴承的外圈和内圈，前端盖固定在轴座上。
金刚滚轮被压紧螺母压紧在滚轮轴右端。
本实用新型的工作原理：轴座上有气雾润滑孔，在机器运行前要打开气源，对轴承油雾润滑，不仅能时刻润滑维护轴承，还能起到气密封的作用，防止外部水汽进入轴座。由于此滚轮轴为单支撑结构，更换金刚滚轮时只需要卸下压紧螺母就可以很方便的更换新的金刚滚轮。
本实用新型的有益效果是：它不仅能够满足快速更换金刚滚轮的要求，并且加有油雾润滑和气封功能，不需要定期的对滚轮轴承进行维护，延长了轴承的使用寿命，它更换金刚滚轮简单，维护成本低，缩短了因更换工件浪费的时间，提高了生产效率。

实施例2、后端盖3固定在轴座5上，并且后端盖3与轴承外圈中间有1mm间隙，可用于弹簧9对轴承预紧。
实施例3、螺母4固定在滚轮轴15上并压紧轴承，轴座5前后两端分别装有两套轴承，两套轴承上支承着滚轮轴15，轴座5上有气雾润滑孔。
实施例4、后外隔套6中间有润滑沟槽和孔，可润滑两端轴承，后内隔套7装在后端两轴承中间，弹簧9一端固定在弹簧座8上，其另一端与弹簧垫片10连接，弹簧垫片10贴紧轴座5，内隔套11顶紧轴座5两端轴承内圈。
实施例5、前外隔圈12和前内隔圈13分别顶紧轴座5右端轴承的外圈和内圈，前端盖14固定在轴座5上。
实施例6、金刚滚轮16被压紧螺母17压紧在滚轮轴15右端。

1.一种滚轮修整装置，它是由圆螺母(1)、带轮(2)、后端盖(3)、螺母(4)、轴座(5)、后外隔圈(6)、后内隔套(7)、弹簧座(8)、弹簧(9)、弹簧垫片(10)、内隔套(11)、前外隔圈(12)、前内隔圈(13)、前端盖(14)、滚轮轴(15)、金刚滚轮(16)、压紧螺母(17)连接而成，其特征是：圆螺母(1)固定在滚轮轴(15)上，并压紧带轮(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚轮修整装置，其特征是：后端盖(3)固定在轴座(5)上，并且后端盖(3)与轴承外圈中间有1mm间隙，可用于弹簧(9)对轴承预紧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚轮修整装置，其特征是：螺母(4)固定在滚轮轴(15)上并压紧轴承，轴座(5)前后两端分别装有两套轴承，两套轴承上支承着滚轮轴(15)，轴座(5)上有气雾润滑孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚轮修整装置，其特征是：后外隔套(6)中间有润滑沟槽和孔，可润滑两端轴承，后内隔套(7)装在后端两轴承中间，弹簧(9)一端固定在弹簧座(8)上，其另一端与弹簧垫片(10)连接，弹簧垫片(10)贴紧轴座(5)，内隔套(11)顶紧轴座(5)两端轴承内圈。
