    目前市场上的电烙铁,其结构是用电热丝加热陶瓷管,陶瓷管内插设一金属烙铁头,金属烙铁头是从陶瓷管上吸取热量来实现其焊接功能,这种电烙铁需要通电很常时间才能使金属烙铁头达到要求的温度,而且不耐腐蚀,使用寿命短。

    本实用新型的目的在于提供一种成本低、使用安全、导热快,并且节能、耐腐蚀、寿命长的陶瓷烙铁头。
    为了达到上述目的本实用新型采取以下设计:所述陶瓷烙铁头包括陶瓷管、电阻丝、接线端子、电镀合金层和测温探头,陶瓷管内设有电阻丝,电阻丝与接线端子相连,陶瓷管的前端设有合金镀层。
    所述陶瓷管内设有测温探头。
    所述电阻丝为钨丝。
    所述陶瓷管的前端为刀刃形。
    本实用新型的优点是:当接通电源时,电阻丝迅速受热,其热量又以很快的速度传给陶瓷管,以实现其焊接功能;由于陶瓷管的前端设有合金镀层,所以很好地起到了粘合金属的作用。由于电阻丝的迅速受热及该热量向陶瓷管的快速传递,所以大大缩短了烙铁头的温升的时间;本实用新型还具有成本低、使用安全、导热快、节能、耐腐蚀、寿命长等多种优点。
