Abstract

本实用新型涉及保鲜冷库制冷装置,具体涉及一种吸收器。
背景技术
在传统的吸收器中,从喷淋装置喷出的吸收液,首先向最上层的冷却管道的外周面上落下,保持液滴状经外周面向下流动后、向其下层的冷却管道的外周面上落下,这样吸收液保持液滴状依次向下层冷却管道流动,吸收液因重力作用不仅以较高速度落下,且不沿冷却管道外周面充分扩散,使必需吸收制冷剂蒸汽的吸收液的吸收面积与相对管表面的湿润面积变小,其结果不能进行充分的吸收与热交换,从而存在吸收器吸收能力低的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足问题,提供一种吸收器。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种吸收器,底部为吸收液槽,上部安装有喷淋装置,内部安装有冷却管道,内部还设有传热板,所述冷却管道从所述传热板贯穿。
本实用新型的特点是:吸收液以宽广面积与蒸汽接触、吸收制冷剂蒸汽,充分的热交换使发生的热有效地被冷却,使吸收能力显著提高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的底部为吸收液槽4,上部安装有喷淋装置1,内部安装有冷却管道2,内部还设有传热板3,所述冷却管道2从所述传热板3贯穿。工作时,喷淋装置1向传热板3表面供给吸收液,其后,吸收液一面沿传热板3表面扩散,一面沿传热板3表面和冷却管道2外周面流下,在此过程中,吸收液以充分大的面积和从传热板3之间通过的制冷剂蒸汽接触、吸收制冷剂蒸汽,此外吸收液在沿传热板3表面流下过程中,在宽广面积上湿润传热板3表面,然而,吸收液的流动因流动阻力而减速,需要以充分的时间沿传热板3表面流动,因此,能在与传热板3表面间充分进行热交换,有效地使吸收液冷却。
