本实用新型涉及一种车轮配件的制造技术领域。
背景技术
现有国内某些公司生产的后轮毂为一整体铸造的铝件，其轴孔的表面为与轮毂体同样材料的铝材料，其在非洲市场上普遍出现一个问题：在非洲地区很多带路崎岖，且大多情况上都超载行驶，这样轮毂的轴承孔往往会被磨损，出现轴承松动的现象，更严重的情况，轮毂会出现裂纹。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种摩托车轮毂，目的在于克服现有的轮毂已磨损、甚至出现裂开的现象。
本实用新型包括轮毂主体，在所述轮毂主体的中部设置中轴孔，在所述轮毂主体的中部熔融复合钢管件。
本实用新型在原来全铝制的轮毂的轴孔内熔融复合一钢材料管件，采用熔融复合可以保证钢管件与轮毂主体之间不会发生相对转动，上述设置使得轮毂的强度变高，使用寿命变长，钢件经加工压装轴承后能够对轴承产生更大的抱紧力，这样轴承既不会松动，同时轴承孔也不会出现裂纹。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，本轮毂包括轮毂主体1，在轮毂主体1的中部设置中轴孔2，在轮毂主体1的中部熔融复合钢管件3。
