背景技术
现有国内某些公司生产的后轮毂为一整体铸造的铝件,其轴孔的表面为与轮毂体同样材料的铝材料,其在非洲市场上普遍出现一个问题:在非洲地区很多带路崎岖,且大多情况上都超载行驶,这样轮毂的轴承孔往往会被磨损,出现轴承松动的现象,更严重的情况,轮毂会出现裂纹。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种摩托车轮毂,目的在于克服现有的轮毂已磨损、甚至出现裂开的现象。
本实用新型包括轮毂主体,在所述轮毂主体的中部设置中轴孔,在所述轮毂主体的中部熔融复合钢管件。
本实用新型在原来全铝制的轮毂的轴孔内熔融复合一钢材料管件,采用熔融复合可以保证钢管件与轮毂主体之间不会发生相对转动,上述设置使得轮毂的强度变高,使用寿命变长,钢件经加工压装轴承后能够对轴承产生更大的抱紧力,这样轴承既不会松动,同时轴承孔也不会出现裂纹。
