本实用新型涉及一种铝合金中空板材，主要用于厨柜或卫生间橱柜的柜体或隔板。
背景技术
目前，家具生产行业中，制造家具的材料主要为木质板，其中大量使用了木工板。木工板的缺点是残留甲醛、二氧化硫等有害物质，严重污染环境，危害身体健康，特别对于厨房、卫生间等有火源、水源的场合中，木工板、包括其它木质板材制成的橱柜更突现了易受潮变形，使用寿命短，易燃不防火，存在安全隐患等缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种强度高，具有防水防火功能的铝合金中空板材，主要作为厨房、卫生间等场合的橱柜板材。
本实用新型铝合金中空板材是由截面为矩形的铝合金中空板和中空板内的多个轴向加强筋组成的整体结构的型材。
所述铝合金中空板表面涂有涂层。
本铝合金中空板材克服了木质板材易受潮变形、易燃不防火等缺点，特别适用于厨房、卫生间内的橱柜，可用以制作橱具柜的柜体和隔板，加工便捷，外观平整，强度高，制成的橱柜使用寿命长，橱具更新时，拆卸的铝合金中空板材还可以回收利用，节能环保。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型进行说明。
如图1，铝合金中空板材由截面为矩形的铝合金中空板1和设在中空板1内的多个轴向加强筋2组成。铝合金中空板1的表面涂有防腐涂层，也可喷涂装饰涂料。
图2是本中空板材的端面视图，图中可见，中空板1和加强筋2为整体结构。

1.铝合金中空板材，其特征在于是由截面为矩形的铝合金中空板和中空板内的多个轴向加强筋组成的整体结构的型材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金中空板材，其特征在于所述铝合金中空板表面涂有涂层。
