本实用新型涉及造纸技术领域，具体地说是一种装饰原纸生产线的纸幅预热装置。
背景技术
在目前的装饰原纸生产线中，经过网布成型后的原纸再经过压榨致密后需要进行烘干。由于刚成形的原纸中含水量较高，在烘干的过程中会产生糊缸的现象，糊缸达到一定的程度，必须停机清理，造成了产量的降低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种装饰原纸生产线的纸幅预热装置，通过增加预热装置来对纸幅进行预升温，进而减少糊缸现象的发生。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种装饰原纸生产线的纸幅预热装置，包括原纸压榨装置和烘干装置，原纸先后经过压榨装置和烘干装置，其特征是，在所述压榨装置和烘干装置之间还设有预热装置，所述的预热装置包括分居在原纸两侧的第一散热片和第二散热片，且在第一散热片和第二散热片的外侧还分别设有风机，加速热风的流动。
所述第一散热片和第二散热片为电加热散热器。
所述第一散热片和第二散热片为蒸汽加热散热器。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，通过增加预热装置，可以在原纸进入烘干装置之前提前将原纸的温度升高，降低原纸和烘缸的温差，减少后续烘干工艺中的糊缸现象。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，
一种装饰原纸生产线的纸幅预热装置，包括原纸压榨装置1和烘干装置2，原纸4先后经过压榨装置和烘干装置。创新之处在于：在压榨装置和烘干装置之间增加一套预热装置3。
预热装置3包括分居在原纸两侧的第一散热片31和第二散热片32，且在第一散热片的上侧有风机33，在第二散热片的上侧有风机。首先将两散热器的温度提升到一定的温度，通过风机的送风，可以形成热风对两散热器之间的原纸进行快速的加热，缩小原纸和烘缸之间的温差，减少糊缸现象的发生。

1.一种装饰原纸生产线的纸幅预热装置，包括原纸压榨装置和烘干装置，原纸先后经过压榨装置和烘干装置，其特征是，在所述压榨装置和烘干装置之间还设有预热装置，所述的预热装置包括分居在原纸两侧的第一散热片和第二散热片，且在第一散热片和第二散热片的外侧还分别设有风机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰原纸生产线的纸幅预热装置，其特征是，所述第一散热片和第二散热片为电加热散热器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰原纸生产线的纸幅预热装置，其特征是，所述第一散热片和第二散热片为蒸汽加热散热器。
