Abstract

本实用新型具卷纸感测装置的护贝机包括一机体、一滚轮组、至少一作动件、至少一传感器以及至少一导引件。机体包括彼此连通的入口、内部容置空间及出口;滚轮组设置于内部容置空间并包括上滚轮及下滚轮,其两者之间间隔有对应于入口与出口的通道;作动件设置于内部容置空间并位于滚轮组与出口之间;传感器设置于内部容置空间并邻近于作动件;导引件设置于内部容置空间并连通通道与作动件。藉此,可达到感测护贝机的卷纸状况以避免护贝机损坏、进而可提高护贝机的使用效率的目的。

具卷纸感测装置的护贝机
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种护贝机,尤其涉及一种具卷纸感测装置的护贝机。
背景技术
护贝机为目前市面上极为普遍的设备。护贝机使用方法:将照片、证照(书)等物品放置于一护贝薄膜后,对护贝薄膜加热并以滚轮滚压,使得照片、证照(书)等物品密封套装于护贝薄膜内,如此即可使照片、证照(书)等物品具有良好保存的效果,例如可避免照片、证照(书)浸水、被撕毁而受到损坏。
换言之,当以护贝机进行护贝动作时,以护贝机内所设置的加热体对由护贝机的入口进入护贝薄膜进行加热,并再以护贝机内所设置的滚轮滚压,以使得护贝薄膜可将照片、证照(书)等物品密封套装,最后,密封套装完成、即护贝完成的护贝薄膜及其内夹设的照片或证照(书)等物品再由护贝机的出口离开。
如上所述,护贝机的护贝动作为护贝薄膜进入护贝机、护贝机加热并滚压护贝薄膜、及完成品离开护贝机。然而,进入护贝机的护贝薄膜有可能产生卷纸状况,例如护贝薄膜黏贴于滚轮并随滚轮转动,使得护贝薄膜被夹于滚轮而造成卷纸状况,相对即容易造成护贝机损坏,影响护贝机的使用效率,故仍非十分理想。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的缺陷和不足,本实用新型提供一种具卷纸感测装置的护贝机。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
本实用新型具卷纸感测装置的护贝机包括:一机体、一滚轮组、至少一作动件、至少一传感器以及至少一导引件。
所述机体包括一入口、一内部容置空间及一出口,且入口、内部容置空间与出口彼此连通;滚轮组设置于机体的内部容置空间并包括彼此相对配置的一上滚轮及一下滚轮,且上滚轮与下滚轮之间间隔有一通道,此通道对应于机体之入口与机体之出口;至少一作动件设置于机体的内部容置空间并位于滚轮组与机体的出口之间;至少一传感器设置于机体的内部容置空间并邻近于至少一作动件;至少一导引件设置于机体的内部容置空间并连通通道与至少一作动件。
利用上述结构设计,可达到感测护贝机的卷纸状况以避免护贝机损坏、进而可提高护贝机的使用效率的目的。
换言之,当欲进行护贝动作并使护贝薄膜进入护贝机后,在正常状态下,护贝薄膜会平直地进入护贝机并被加热滚压以完成护贝动作。但当发生卷纸状况时,护贝薄膜会黏贴于滚轮组之上滚轮或者下滚轮并随其转动,之后护贝薄膜碰触到导引件时会被导引件导引移动至作动件,而作动件会因为受到护贝薄膜的挤压而移动并接触到传感器,使得传感器被启动并使传感器感知此卷纸状况。
上述卷纸感测装置一般设在相对于滚轮组之上滚轮处,即作动件、导引件与传感器设在相对于上滚轮处,当然,亦可同时于相对于滚轮组之上滚轮处与下滚轮处皆设有一作动件、一导引件及一传感器(或者仅设一传感器),如此可更强化护贝机卷纸状况的感测效果。

本实用新型具卷纸感测装置的护贝机1包括:一机体2、一滚轮组3、至少一作动件4、至少一传感器6以及至少一导引件5。
机体2包括:一入口21、一内部容置空间22及一出口23,且入口21、内部容置空间22与出口23彼此连通;滚轮组3设置于机体2的内部容置空间22并包括彼此相对配置之一上滚轮31及一下滚轮32,且上滚轮31与下滚轮32之间间隔有一通道33,此通道33对应于机体2之入口21与机体2之出口23;至少一作动件4设置于机体2的内部容置空间22并位于滚轮组3与机体2之出口23之间;至少一传感器6设置于机体2的内部容置空间22并邻近于至少一作动件4;至少一导引件5设置于机体2之内部容置空间22并连通通道33与至少一作动件4。
利用上述结构设计,可达到感测护贝机1的卷纸状况以避免护贝机1损坏、进而可提高护贝机1的使用效率的目的。
换言之,于本实施例中,卷纸感测装置设于相对于滚轮组3之上滚轮31处,藉此,当欲进行护贝动作并使护贝薄膜7进入护贝机1后,在正常状态下,护贝薄膜7会平直地进入护贝机1并被加热滚压以完成护贝动作。
但是,当发生卷纸状况时,护贝薄膜7会黏贴于滚轮组3之上滚轮31并随其转动,之后护贝薄膜7碰触到导引件5时会被导引件5导引移动至作动件4,而作动件4会因为受到护贝薄膜7之挤压而移动并接触到传感器6,使得传感器6被启动并使传感器6感知此卷纸状况,并进而例如关闭护贝机1的运作,以避免护贝机1在卷纸状况下持续运作而造成损坏。
于本实施例中,上述之卷纸感测装置虽是设于相对于滚轮组3之上滚轮31处,即作动件4、导引件5与传感器6设于相对于滚轮组3之上滚轮31处,但卷纸感测装置亦可同时设于相对于滚轮组3之上滚轮31处与下滚轮32处,即相对于滚轮组3之上滚轮31处与下滚轮32处皆设有一作动件4、一导引件5及一传感器6(或者仅设一传感器6),如此可更强化护贝机1卷纸状况的感测效果。
于本实施例中,上述导引件5为一耐热(材质)导引件,且作动件4呈板状并开设有复数个通孔41,其可使作动件4具有散热效果而不致产生过热现象。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (3)

1.一种具卷纸感测装置的护贝机,包括:
一机体,包括:一入口、一内部容置空间及一出口,且该入口、该内部容置空间与该出口彼此连通;
一滚轮组,设置于该内部容置空间并包括彼此相对配置的一上滚轮及一下滚轮,且该上滚轮与该下滚轮之间间隔有一通道,该通道对应于该入口与该出口;
至少一作动件,设置于该内部容置空间并位于所述滚轮组与所述出口之间;
至少一传感器,设置于该内部容置空间并邻近于所述至少一作动件;以及
至少一导引件,设置于该内部容置空间并连通该通道与该至少一作动件。
2.如权利要求1所述的具卷纸感测装置的护贝机,其特征在于,至少一导引件为一耐热导引件。
3.如权利要求1所述的具卷纸感测装置的护贝机,其特征在于,至少一作动件呈板状并开设有多个通孔。
