本实用新型属于机械加工领域,尤其涉及一种同轴套零件的粗、精复合镗孔装置。 
背景技术:
目前,在加工具有同轴度要求的套类长孔零件时,单件加工时在镗床上加工,批量加工时采用专用机床加工,设备造价高,加工成本也高,其加工精度也不易保证,效率也不高,,而且不利于大批量生产。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是为提供一种同轴套零件的粗、精复合镗孔装置。 
实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是这样实施的:一种同轴套零件的粗、精复合镗孔装置,由镗刀、镗刀杆组成,其特征在于: 
a)镗刀杆左端与车床主轴连接,镗刀杆右侧穿过被加工的同轴套零件的孔通过轴承与尾座连接,所述的轴承内圈与镗刀杆过渡配合,所述的轴承外圈与尾座过盈配合, 
b)镗刀杆上装有粗镗刀和精镗刀,精镗刀位于粗镗刀的左侧, 
c)同轴套零件以机床托板为基准定位,通过压紧装置压紧。 
车床主轴、镗刀杆、尾座具有同轴度要求。 
精镗刀和粗镗刀的间隔取决于同轴套零件镗孔的长度。 
本实用新型具有结构简单,操作方便,生产效率高,易于控制零件精度。

具体实施方式:
如附图1所示,一种同轴套零件的粗、精复合镗孔装置,由镗刀、镗刀杆组成,其特征在于: 
a)镗刀杆2左端与机床主轴1连接,镗刀杆2右侧穿过被加工的同轴套零件5的孔通过轴承7与尾座8连接,所述的轴承7内圈与镗刀杆2过渡配合,所述的轴承7外圈与尾座8过盈配合, 
b)镗刀杆2上装有粗镗刀4和精镗刀3,精镗刀3位于粗镗刀4的左侧, 
c)同轴套零件5以机床托板9为基准定位,通过压紧装置6压紧。 
机床主轴1、镗刀杆2、尾座8具有同轴度要求。 
精镗刀3和粗镗刀4的间隔取决于同轴套零件5镗孔的长度。

1.一种同轴套零件的粗、精复合镗孔装置,由镗刀、镗刀杆组成,其特征在于:
a)镗刀杆(2)左端与机床主轴(1)连接,镗刀杆(2)右侧穿过被加工的同轴套零件(5)的孔通过轴承(7)与尾座(8)连接,所述的轴承(7)内圈与镗刀杆(2)过渡配合,所述的轴承(7)外圈与尾座(8)过盈配合,
b)镗刀杆(2)上装有粗镗刀(4)和精镗刀(3),精镗刀(3)位于粗镗刀(4)的左侧,
c)同轴套零件(5)以机床托板(9)为基准定位,通过压紧装置(6)压紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种同轴套零件的粗、精复合镗孔装置,其特征在于:机床主轴(1)、镗刀杆(2)、尾座(8)具有同轴度要求。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种同轴套零件的粗、精复合镗孔装置,其特征在于:精镗刀(3)和粗镗刀(4)的间隔取决于同轴套零件(5)镗孔的长度。
