现有的大多数LED灯管中的PC灯罩与壳体连接关系为外扣型，其在加工生产过程中，存在耗时长，同时也存在散热效果和整体外观的美观效果不佳的问题。

一种LED灯管装置，其包括壳体、灯罩及容置于所述壳体、灯罩的光源，所述壳体的边缘朝内设有卡槽，所述灯罩内表面上设有卡扣，通过卡槽与卡扣配合，所述壳体卡接于所述灯罩。
进一步地，所述卡槽与卡扣为多个对称设置。
本实用新型LED灯管装置通过对壳体和灯罩分别设置内部卡槽和内部卡位，使组装时便于操作，节约工时，散热效果和产品整体外观效果更佳。

请参阅图1，本实用新型LED灯管装置包括壳体10、灯罩20及容置于所述壳体10、灯罩20的光源30，所述壳体10的边缘朝内设有卡槽102，所述灯罩20内表面上设有卡扣204，通过卡槽102与卡扣204配合，所述壳体10卡接于所述灯罩20。
其中，所述壳体10为铝型材料，灯罩20为PC(聚碳酸酯)罩。
所述卡槽102与卡扣204为多个对称设置。
本实用新型LED灯管装置组装时，把灯罩20装入壳体10，并将所述灯罩20内表面上的卡扣204对准所述壳体10的边缘朝内的卡槽102，简单易装。
本实用新型LED灯管装置通过对壳体和灯罩分别设置内部卡槽和内部卡位，使组装时便于操作，节约工时，散热效果和产品整体外观效果更佳。
