蜡烛灯既是照明产品,又有一定的艺术性,即灯光与烛光相似,在这个领域中,如何在同功率条件下减少光损失,增加“烛光”的亮度,一直是我们追求的目标,就导光柱而言,在现有技术中,一般采用实心圆柱体型,“烛光”的亮度不太令人满意。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是增加“烛光”的亮度,我们所提供的技术方案是提供一种蜡烛灯,它包含光源、导光柱、灯壳、基板、灯泡,导光柱上有斜锥面[B3],导光柱有中空部分[C3],导光柱上有安装脚[D3],基板上有对应安装缺口[F3]。
由于导光柱上斜锥面增加了光的折射和反射,又由于导光柱是中空的,增加了光透射,因此大大改善了“烛光”的亮度。另外由于通过安装脚,可将导光柱直接安装在基板上,不再需要现有技术中用的胶水,灯的稳定性提高,劳动效率提高,成本降低。

具体实施方式:
实施例1:选用光源、导光柱、灯壳、灯泡、铝基板和其他常规部件,导光柱上制斜锥面[B3],导光柱制中空部分[C3],导光柱上制安装脚[D3],基板上制对应安装缺口[F3]。其他按常规方法做成整灯。与现有技术同类灯比较,“烛光”的亮度明显增加。
