Abstract

涉及到焊枪的喷嘴的自动气体保护焊在线清渣喷嘴,由若干个柱形体围绕成一个圆形的喷嘴,其上部为方形,转动扳手在柱形体上,转动圆盘底部伸出的拔柱嵌在转动扳手的凹槽内,顶部连有钢丝拉线,钢丝拉线的另一端连接在钢丝扳手总成上。本实用新型能在焊接进行时在线清渣,既提高了工作效率,又改善了工作环境,降低了劳动强度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到焊枪喷嘴。 
背景技术
气体保护焊是将惰性气体通过焊枪前端桶形喷嘴罩喷出,将电弧与外界的空气隔绝起到气体保护焊接的目的。目前,气体保护焊接螺旋钢管时,其连续焊接的焊缝可长达200米以上,由于气体保护焊不能像埋弧焊那样将熔滴飞溅埋住。因此,气体保护焊的熔滴向上飞溅,这些熔滴飞溅到喷嘴内侧和底端,逐渐形成了一层壳,并逐渐加厚,直至堵塞喷嘴恶化气体保护效果,底端的熔滴向下延伸直至碰到钢管造成短路。为了避免气体保护的恶化和短路故障的发生,当粘附的熔滴飞溅物不太严重时,必须停止生产,由人工进入钢管内到喷嘴处清渣,这样既影响了生产,降低了工作效率,而且劳动强度大,工作环境恶劣。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种自动气体保护焊在线清渣喷嘴,它是一种在焊接进行时,能将粘附在喷嘴上的熔滴清除的喷嘴。 
本实用新型的技术方案为: 
本实用新型包括柱形体、转动扳手、转动圆盘、钢丝拉线及钢丝拉线扳手总成,由若干个柱形体环绕成一个圆形的喷嘴,每一个柱形体的上端为方形,方形端部上有转动扳手,转动扳手上有长形的凹槽,位于转动扳手上面的转动圆盘的底部伸出有与柱形体数量相同的拔柱,每一个拔柱嵌入到每一个转动扳手凹槽内,转动圆盘的上面连有一根钢丝拉线,钢丝拉线的另一端与钢丝拉线扳手总成连接。 
本实用新型的优点为:本实用新型在焊接过程中可以通过一个简单的操作自行清除熔滴飞溅物,避免了现有的喷嘴必须停止焊接生产由人工在恶劣环境中清渣的弊端,既提高了工作效率,又减轻了劳动强度。

图1中,12个柱形体1围绕成一圈成为圆形的喷嘴,由轴用挡圈2卡住,弹簧3在柱形体1围绕成一圈成为圆形的喷嘴的外圈上,柱形体1的上端为方形,12个转动扳手4套在12个柱形体1的方形端,转动扳手4上开有长形的凹槽,转动扳手4上面的转动圆盘6的底部伸出12个拔柱嵌入12个转动扳手4的凹槽中,转动圆盘6的上面连有钢丝拉线底座7,钢丝拉线底座7上连有一根钢丝拉线8,钢丝拉线8的另一端与钢丝拉线扳手总成9连接;另有一零件为底座5。 
焊接螺旋钢管时,当焊接螺旋钢管到40米长度时,转动钢丝拉线扳手总成9,其上的钢丝拉线8带动转动圆盘6转动,转动圆盘6带动转动扳手4转动,转动扳手4带动柱形体1转动,围绕一圈的柱形体1同时同向转动,这样每相邻的两个柱形体1的接触面就是相对摩擦运动而将结成一层薄壳的熔滴飞溅物分离清除掉。

1.自动气体保护焊在线清渣喷嘴,其特征是:包括柱形体(1)、转动扳手(4)、转动圆盘(6)、钢丝拉线(8)及钢丝拉线扳手总成(9),由若干个柱形体(1)围绕成一个圆形的喷嘴,每个柱形体(1)的上端为方形,方形端部上有转动扳手(4),转动扳手(4)上有长形的凹槽,转动扳手(4)上面的转动圆盘(6)的底部伸出有与柱形体(1)数量相同的拔柱,每一个拔柱嵌入到每一个转动扳手(4)上的凹槽内,转动圆盘(6)的上面连有一根钢丝拉线(8),钢丝拉线(8)的另一端与钢丝拉线扳手总成(9)连接。
