一种±800kV特高压直流线路30mm重冰区地线预绞丝式耐张串
技术领域
本实用新型是有关一种输电设备,尤指一种±800kV特高压直流线路30mm重冰区中使用的全新结构型式的地线预绞丝式耐张串。 
背景技术
缩略语及关键术语的定义: 
重冰区:输电线路设计覆冰厚度在20mm及以上的地区,具有海拔高、荷载大等特点。
地线耐张串:悬挂于输电线路耐张塔地线支架,带有成套的金具和附件,承受一条地线张力的绝缘子金具串。 
普通输电线路的地线耐张串,其结构形式见附图1所示。 
由图1可知,普通输电线路的地线耐张串是由挂点金具、U形挂环、调整板、等连接金具,配合耐张线夹构成。 
普通输电线路的绝缘子串有如下缺点: 
(1)采用的普通挂点金具型式,在铁塔上安装后,转动不够灵活,长期运行会因为金属杆件老化出现损坏。
(2)地线耐张线夹采用的普通压接式耐张线夹,仅能承受地线拉力,不具备防振功能。 
(3)未考虑地线对雷电流的引流,缺少引流线与铁塔的安装零件。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种±800kV特高压直流线路30mm重冰区地线耐张串,其特征在于采用一个GD型饼式挂点,GD型饼式挂点紧接U形环一,U形环一与U形环二相互配套且环环连接,再通过DB型调整板和配套U形环三,与预绞丝式耐张线夹相连,完成整串的连接。 
本实用新型专利±800kV特高压直流线路30mm重冰区地线耐张串,是一种采用GD型意大利饼式挂点、环环连接、预绞丝式耐张线夹、地线末端加设备线夹等的整串设计,保证了±800kV特高压直流线路的安全运行的技术要求。 
上述普通输电线路的地线耐张串的缺点,其根源在于金具串型缺点会影响重冰区线路的长期安全运行,因此针对工程的特点,通过采用合理的金具方案是±800kV特高压直流线路30mm重冰区地线耐张串设计所要解决的问题。 
±800kV特高压直流线路30mm重冰区地线耐张串规划中完成了串型荷载校验、金具挂点比选、串型布置比较、线夹选型等设计和试验工作,最终确定该串型的组装型式。 
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:±800kV特高压直流线路30mm重冰区地线耐张串在技术性方面优于普通输电线路地线耐张串,同时在施工、运行维护、试验等诸方面都更加安全、方便。 
(1)挂点金具仍采用GD型意大利饼式挂点,受力合理,转动灵活,尤其适用于30mm重冰区线路的地线耐张串型。 
(2)GD型饼式挂点紧接两个配套U形环(U形环一与U形环二),环环连接进一步确保了串型转动灵活不卡碰,金具受力能够及时疏导。 
(3)简化地线引流线结构,设备线夹直接与地线引流线端头连接,避免了以往工程并沟线夹与引流线脱落的情况,增加了引流线与铁塔连接的可靠性。 
(4)采用预绞丝式地线耐张线夹,完全满足30mm冰区重覆冰荷载和脱冰跳跃的要求。通过带预绞丝缠绕的耐张线夹,加强了线夹对地线的夹握效果,能有效起到防振作用,避免地线振动滑落。 
(5)施工方面的优点 
新规划的重冰区地线耐张串的GD挂点安装是在施工组塔时候安装完毕,在施工组串过程中能防止挂点脱落,与普通地线耐张串相比,起到了避免掉串事故的作用。
(6)运行维护方面的优点 
新规划的±800kV特高压直流线路30mm重冰区地线耐张串,与普通地线耐张串相比,整串的组装金具均通过了±800kV特高压直流线路统一标准化金具设计的要求,金具的可更换性更强,容易维护,串型中不存在非标准金具。

如图2所示,以金具合理布置满足技术要求为出发点,设计的±800kV特高压直流线路30mm重冰区地线耐张串见图2所示。 
由图2可知,±800kV特高压直流线路30mm重冰区地线耐张串采用一个GD型饼式挂点,接两个配套U形环(U形环一与U形环二)、再通过DB型调整板和配套U形环三,与预绞丝式耐张线夹相连,完成整串的连接。用于耐张塔地线引流线安装时,在预留地线端头安装设备线夹与铁塔连接。 
该重冰区地线耐张串型主要有以下几个特点: 
(1)挂点金具采用GD型意大利饼式挂点,该挂点结构紧凑,转动灵活。
(2)GD型饼式挂点紧接两个配套U形环(U形环一与U形环二),环环连接进一步确保了串型转动灵活。 
(3)设备线夹直接与地线引流线端头连接,结构简化。 
(4)采用预绞丝式地线耐张线夹,加强了线夹对地线的夹握效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的±800kV特高压直流线路30mm重冰区地线预绞丝式耐张串,其特征在于该耐张串用于耐张塔地线引流线安装时,在预留地线端头安装设备线夹与铁塔连接。
