本实用新型涉及一种新颖的蓄电池双面涂膏机。包括两台涂膏机,其特征在于:每台涂膏机上连接有纸卷滚筒,纸卷滚筒上的纸带通过涂膏机,两条经过涂膏机的纸带位于铅板栅条的正反面,纸带上的涂膏面面对铅板栅条,两条纸带夹持铅板栅条位于一对压紧滚筒之间。本实用新型的优点是生产的铅板栅不会产生露筋,同时所涂的板栅不需要经过3——5天的时效期,而且所生产的铅板栅在搬运及安装时也不容易发生损伤性的露筋和缺料现象,保证蓄电池的质量稳定。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种新颖的蓄电池双面涂膏机。 
背景技术
目前铅酸蓄电池采用的是酸性铅电池,其中电池的极板是用铅板栅板上涂上极性不同的铅膏制成正极和负极,现在的涂膏机有单面的,也有双面涂膏,但是它们均是直接在铅板上涂膏,由于铅的物理特性比较软(生产后需要3——5天的时效),而且所涂的膏又是呈凝胶状,而现在的涂膏机无论是单面还是双面,均采用滚辊来驱动铅板栅条在涂膏机上移动,因此在涂膏后容易发生露筋,就是在生产中由于涂膏不均造成露筋,另外在涂膏时及涂膏后铅板栅在移动时也会使所涂的膏掉落,因此现在的铅板栅的质量不稳定,在装配到蓄电池后造成所输出的电流不达标,同时也使铅板栅腐蚀,因此亟待改进现有的涂膏机,以解决铅板栅的露筋和因为现在生产出厂的铅板太软要经过3——5天的时效问题。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中涂膏机在对铅板栅进行涂膏时所存在的上述问题,提供一种新颖的蓄电池双面涂膏机。本实用新型设计一种新颖的蓄电池双面涂膏机,包括两台涂膏机,其特征在于:每台涂膏机上连接有纸卷滚筒, 纸卷滚筒上的纸带通过涂膏机,两条经过涂膏机的纸带位于铅板栅条的正反面,纸带上的涂膏面面对铅板栅条,两条纸带夹持铅板栅条位于一对压紧滚筒之间。本实用新型的优点是生产的铅板栅不会产生露筋,同时所涂的板栅不需要经过3——5天的时效期,而且所生产的铅板栅在搬运及安装时也不容易发生损伤性的露筋和缺料现象,保证蓄电池的质量稳定。

具体实施方式
图中包括两台涂膏机1,其特征在于:每台涂膏机上连接有纸卷滚筒2, 纸卷滚筒上的纸带3通过涂膏机,两条经过涂膏机的纸带位于铅板栅条4的正反面,纸带上的涂膏面面对铅板栅条,两条纸带夹持铅板栅条位于一对压紧滚筒5之间。 
生产时,两台涂膏机对纸卷滚筒上的纸带进行单面涂膏,然后两条经过涂膏机单面涂膏的纸带一正一反贴在铅板栅条的两侧,经过一对压紧滚筒的压紧后,纸带连同所涂的膏就贴在铅板栅条的正反面上,经过切断后,纸带连同所涂的膏贴附在极板上,待经过铅膏固化后就可以装配入蓄电池,纸带被酸性物质的蓄电池溶液腐蚀,极板作为蓄电池的正反极起作用。

1.一种新颖的蓄电池双面涂膏机,包括两台涂膏机,其特征在于:每台涂膏机上连接有纸卷滚筒, 纸卷滚筒上的纸带通过涂膏机,两条经过涂膏机的纸带位于铅板栅条的正反面,纸带上的涂膏面面对铅板栅条,两条纸带夹持铅板栅条位于一对压紧滚筒之间。
