本实用新型公开了一种高倍率动力锂离子电池,包括壳体和位于壳体内的正电极和负电极;所述正电极和负电极之间设有用于将两极片可靠绝缘的隔膜,正电极的一端和负电极的一端分别引出为正极耳和负极耳,正极耳和负极耳分别与电池两端的正极柱与负极柱连接;所述正电极由钴酸锂极片与铝集流体组成。负电极由石墨片及石墨片表层的化学镀铜层组成。在锂离子电池负极石墨片表面化学镀铜后,石墨材料的可逆容量、库伦效率和大电流性能都得到一定的提高,因而提高了电极的导电性,进而提高了锂离子电池的高倍率性能、循环性能和安全性能。

一种高倍率动力锂离子电池,包括壳体和位于壳体内的正电极和负电极;所述正电极和负电极之间设有用于将两极片可靠绝缘的隔膜,正电极的一端和负电极的一端分别引出为正极耳和负极耳,正极耳和负极耳分别与电池两端的正极柱与负极柱连接;所述正电极由钴酸锂极片与铝集流体组成。
负电极由石墨片及石墨片表层的化学镀铜层组成。
所述正极耳与正极柱,负极耳与负极柱分别采用焊接连接。

本实用新型高倍率动力锂离子电池,正极由钴酸锂极片与铝集流体复合而成,负极由石墨片表面进行化学镀铜获得,正负电极都具有极好的导电性能,进而提高了锂离子电池的高倍率性能、循环性能和安全性能。

在锂离子电池负极石墨片表面化学镀铜后,石墨材料的可逆容量、库伦效率和大电流性能都得到一定的提高,因而提高了电极的导电性,进而提高了锂离子电池的高倍率性能、循环性能和安全性能。

1.一种高倍率动力锂离子电池,其特征在于,包括壳体和位于壳体内的正电极和负电极;所述正电极和负电极之间设有用于将两极片可靠绝缘的隔膜,正电极的一端和负电极的一端分别引出为正极耳和负极耳,正极耳和负极耳分别与电池两端的正极柱与负极柱连接;所述正电极由钴酸锂极片与铝集流体组成。
