本实用新型涉及一种热插拔服务器机箱,特别指的是热插拔服务器机箱的散热结构。 
背景技术:
热插拔服务器是一种24小时不间断工作的设备,在其工作过程中会产生大量的热量,如果散热不好,会因温度过高而影响服务器的稳定工作,因此如何更好的散热已成为服务器机箱急需解决的问题。传统热插拔服务器机箱都采用8个6公分散热风扇,共用一块风扇供电PCB板,风扇在机箱内排成两排,安装的时候直接将风扇供电端子插在位于风扇底部的PCB板母端子上,这种散热结构所占空间大,而且耗电量高,风扇噪音大,如果换成4个8公分的风扇,虽然可以满足散热需求,但是由于8公分高的风扇再加上2公分厚的风扇PCB板,总高度超过了热插拔服务器的高度,造成风扇墙组件无法安装。 
实用新型内容:
为了解决以上技术领域中存在的问题,本实用新型提出了以下的技术解决方案: 
本实用新型由机箱、风扇墙、机箱风扇、风扇PCB板、风扇盒、风扇盒固定支架和风扇供电端子组成。 
所述风扇墙其中安装有4个风扇盒支架,在每个风扇盒支架的下 面各安装有1个风扇PCB板,散热风扇固定在风扇盒里面,风扇的供电端子设计在风扇盒的侧边,并且方向朝下,当安装风扇的时候,直接将风扇盒插入带卡扣式的风扇支架上,此时,风扇侧边的供电端子和风扇支架下方的风扇PCB板连接在了一起,安装方便快捷,由于风扇供电模块设计在风扇侧边,因此热插拔服务器机箱可以正常安装4个八公分风扇,既增强了散热效果,又降低了功耗,减少了噪音。 
本实用新型将机箱散热风扇改为八公分风扇,改进了风扇支架的卡扣式结构和风扇PCB板的热插拔结构,节能降耗,散热性能超强。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型由机箱1、风扇墙2、机箱风扇3、风扇PCB板4、风扇盒5、风扇盒固定支架6和风扇供电端子7组成,先将机箱风扇3安装在风扇盒内,风扇盒固定支架6安装在机箱风扇3的风扇墙2上,将风扇PCB板4安装在风扇盒固定支架6的下方,再将安装有风扇的风扇盒5固定在机箱1上,此时,风扇盒5的电源接头就能与风扇盒固定支架6下方的风扇PCB板4接上,完成风扇的通电过程。

1.一种热插拔服务器机箱的散热结构,由机箱、风扇墙、机箱风扇、风扇PCB板、风扇盒、风扇盒固定支架和风扇供电端子组成,其特征是在机箱的中部安装有一个风扇墙,在风扇墙内部安装有4个8公分风扇盒支架,在每个风扇盒支架的下面安装有1个风扇PCB板,散热风扇固定在风扇盒里面,风扇的供电端子设计在风扇盒的侧边。
