本实用新型涉及照明灯具的领域,尤其涉及冰箱保鲜层内使用的灯。
背景技术
目前,一般的冰箱内保鲜层安装的照明灯大多为普通白炽灯,通过玻璃壳体内部的灯丝通电后发光,具有结构简单、成本低的优点。但是,白炽灯存在光效低;光谱含紫外线及红外线,容易产生热量及辐射;能耗高、寿命短,不易更换等缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种环保、节能的保鲜灯。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:保鲜灯,包括电路板,电路板上连接若干个LED灯珠,每个LED灯珠分别包括外壳,外壳内设置正极支架和负极支架,正极支架的下方连接正连接臂,正连接臂的下端穿置在外壳外,负极支架的下方连接负连接臂,负连接臂的下端穿置在外壳外;所述负极支架的上方连接芯片,芯片通过两根金线分别连接正极支架和负极支架,芯片上设置荧光粉胶,荧光粉胶上设置矽胶。
将本实用新型安装在冰箱的保鲜层内,不但具有白炽灯的功能,还具有节能、环保、发光效率高、不产生热量和辐射、使用寿命长等优点,从而降低了冰箱的耗电,同时也降低了冰箱的制造成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,保鲜灯,包括电路板1,电路板1上连接若干个LED灯珠2。如图2所示,每个LED灯珠2分别包括外壳2-1,外壳2-1内设置正极支架2-5和负极支架2-2,正极支架2-5的下方连接正连接臂2-4,正连接臂2-4的下端穿置在外壳2-1外,负极支架2-2的下方连接负连接臂2-3,负连接臂2-3的下端穿置在外壳2-1外。负极支架2-2的上方连接芯片2-7,芯片2-7通过两根金线2-6分别连接正极支架2-5和负极支架2-2,芯片2-7上设置荧光粉胶2-8,荧光粉胶2-8上设置矽胶2-9。
