本实用新型的技术任务是针对以上现有技术的不足而提供一种太阳能热水器管道防冻装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：太阳能热水器管道防冻装置，包括主管道，其中在位于室内的主管道上设有排水管，在所述排水管上设有常闭电磁阀，在所述主管道的顶端处设有常开电磁阀换向阀，在所述常开电磁阀换向阀的下端设有通气管，所述通气管高于水箱内最高水位线，在所述室外主管道内设有温度传感器，所述温度传感器通过控制器分别与电磁阀换向阀和常闭电磁阀相连。
其工作原理是当温度传感器测量主管道内的水温为零摄氏度时，控制器就会控制常开电磁阀换向阀关闭，控制常闭电磁阀打开，此时，管道内的水就会在气压和重力的作用下通过排水管流出。
本实用新型的优点是：1、排空彻底，有效地保护了管道不被冻裂；2、不需要对管道进行保温处理，不影响城市美观；3、操作方便，只要通电即可实现自动控制。
