本实用新型涉及照明灯具领域。LED路灯,包括芯片、荧光粉、支架、铝基板和硅胶透镜,芯片安装在支架上,荧光粉涂在芯片上,还包括散热件,支架通过散热件连接铝基板,支架上设置散热通孔;硅胶透镜中间处设置内凹槽,芯片处于内凹槽中且芯片、荧光粉和硅胶透镜之间无缝隙紧密贴合。该LED路灯具有结构新颖,生产成本低,光的利用率高,发出的光不会产生光晕,散热效果好的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明灯具领域,尤其涉及一种用于道路照明的LED路灯。
背景技术
LED路灯与传统的路灯相比,具有寿命长、光效高、色均匀度好的优点。现有的LED路灯主要存在下述不足:(1)LED芯片与透镜或者反光罩之间均需要存在一定的间距,因此存在配合误差的问题,LED路灯发出的光容易产生光晕,造成“黄圈”问题;(2)LED路灯使用的LED光源一般都是大功率芯片、或者是集成封装的方法制找,在工作时会产生高温,因此对散热要求特别严格,现有的LED路灯普遍存在散热效果差的问题;(3)目前使用的LED路灯都需要进行二次配光,不进行二次配光的LED路灯其配光通常是在某一区域或者某一方向过于集中,不能达到道路照明的要求,发出的光呈光圆球形,有一部分会光在道路之外,且光也没有沿道路方向的纵向扩伸,此种配光发出的光不符合道路照明的要求,均匀度在0.3左右。LED路灯二次配光就是使用一些透镜或者反光罩对LED发出的光强再进行折射,以达到道路照明的要求,其存在的不足是光的利用率低,不能将光强制性的往道路的一边扩散,导致发出来的光有相当大一部分被浪费,配光均匀度在0.5左右。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的是为了克服现有LED路灯存在上述不足,提供一种结构新颖,光的利用率高,发出的光不会产生光晕,散热效果好的LED灯泡。
为了实现上述发明目的,本实用新型采用了以下的技术方案:
LED路灯,包括芯片、荧光粉、支架、铝基板和硅胶透镜,芯片安装在支架上,荧光粉涂在芯片上,还包括散热件,支架通过散热件连接铝基板,支架上设置散热通孔;硅胶透镜中间处设置内凹槽,芯片处于内凹槽中且芯片、荧光粉和硅胶透镜之间无缝隙紧密贴合。
作为优选,所述硅胶透镜沿内凹槽的纵向中心左右对称,硅胶透镜前方的侧壁呈开口向外的弧形,硅胶透镜底部是两个左右对称的向下凸出的球冠,两个球冠的连接点与内凹槽纵向的中心处于同一直线上,内凹槽前方的侧壁呈开口向内的弧形,
直接对硅胶透镜进行了光线的折射处理,不用再加上其它的透镜或者反光罩来进行二次配光,不仅降低了生产的成本,而且不会因为二次配光而产生的光损耗,提高了光的利用率,芯片发出的光经过上述的硅胶透镜折射处理,光强沿着道路方向横向扩伸,纵向偏心,道路均匀度可达0.6以上,使用效果好。
作为优选,所述散热通孔是多个,芯片在工作时产生的热量经过支架时通过散热通孔会产生空气对流,温度会大幅降低,散热通孔数量越多,散热效果越好。
作为优选,所述散热件是导热系数为429W/mK的银制散热件,导热效果更好。
按上述技术方案设计的LED路灯,具有以下的优点;(1)在支架上设置散热通孔,芯片在工作时产生的温度经过支架时通过散热通孔会产生空气对流,温度大幅降低,因此芯片在工作时,产生的温度能直接排放出去,而不需要对其进行更多的散热处理,不仅散热速度快,而且生产成本低;(2)芯片处于内凹槽中且芯片、荧光粉和硅胶透镜之间无缝隙紧密贴合,解决了透镜或者因二次配光所用的透镜或反光罩与芯片之间存在距离或缝隙而产生的光晕问题,发出来的光更加均匀,不会有光晕,也不会产生“黄圈”的现象。综上所述,本实用新型的LED路灯具有结构新颖,生产成本低,光的利用率高,发出的光不会产生光晕,散热效果好的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1和图2本实用新型做进一步描述。
如图1和图2所示的LED路灯,包括芯片5、散热件7、荧光粉6、支架2、铝基板3和硅胶透镜1构成,芯片5安装在支架2上,荧光粉6涂在芯片5上,支架2通过散热件7连接铝基板3,芯片5工作时产生的热量由散热件7传导到铝基板3,通过铝基板3直接与灯壳壳体接触,使得芯片5在工作时产生的热量全部散发到空气中去。散热件7是导热系数为429W/mK的银制散热件,支架上设置多个散热通孔4,芯片5在工作时产生的热量经过支架2时通过散热通孔4会产生空气对流,温度会大幅降低,散热通孔4数量越多,散热效果越好。
硅胶透镜1中间处设置内凹槽12,芯片5处于内凹槽12中且芯片5、荧光粉6和硅胶透镜1之间无缝隙紧密贴合。硅胶透镜1沿内凹槽12的纵向中心左右对称,硅胶透镜1长7.0-8.0mm,宽4.0-4.5mm,高3.0-3.5mm,硅胶透镜1前方的侧壁13呈开口向外的弧形,弧线角度是92-97度,硅胶透镜1底部是两个左右对称的向下凸出的球冠11,两个球冠11的连接点与内凹槽12纵向的中心处于同一直线上,球冠11的直径是2.1-2.5mm,球冠11的高是0.8-1.2mm;内凹槽12长2.0-2.5mm,宽3.7-4.2mm,高0.8-1.2mm,内凹槽12前方的侧壁123呈开口向内的弧形,弧线角度是35-45度。
硅胶透镜1整体控制芯片5发出的射向道路横向方向的光,即芯片5发出的光通过硅胶透镜1整体即其长度、宽度和高度将光沿道路横向方向扩伸。硅胶透镜1的内凹槽12和硅胶透镜1前方的弧形侧壁13控制芯片5发出的射向道路纵向方向的光,即芯片5发出的光通过内凹槽12和硅胶透镜1前方的弧形侧壁13将光强制性的往道路纵向方向的一边照射,其中硅胶透镜1前方的弧形侧壁13和内凹槽12前方的弧形侧壁123在将光强制性的往道路纵向方向的一边照射时起到主要的作用。采用上述结构尺寸范围的硅胶透镜1的LED路灯发出的光道路均匀度在0.6-0.71之间,LED路灯发出的光能直接应用于道路照明要求,并且不需要进行二次配光,发出的光光强分布呈现出沿路横向扩伸且两边对称,纵向偏心呈蝙蝠翼状,尤其是光强的中间处亮度最高。

Claims (4)

1.LED路灯,包括芯片、荧光粉、支架、铝基板和硅胶透镜,芯片安装在支架上,荧光粉涂在芯片上,其特征在于还包括散热件,支架通过散热件连接铝基板,支架上设置散热通孔;硅胶透镜中间处设置内凹槽,芯片处于内凹槽中且芯片、荧光粉和硅胶透镜之间无缝隙紧密贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯,其特征在于所述硅胶透镜沿内凹槽的纵向中心左右对称,硅胶透镜前方的侧壁呈开口向外的弧形,硅胶透镜底部是两个左右对称的向下凸出的球冠,两个球冠的连接点与内凹槽纵向的中心处于同一直线上,内凹槽前方的侧壁呈开口向内的弧形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯,其特征在于所述散热通孔是多个。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的LED路灯,其特征在于所述散热件是导热系数为429W/mK的银制散热件。
