背景技术
大型制冷压缩机的进气调节,也称进口节流调节,即在压缩机进口管上安装调节阀,通过入口调节阀来调节进气压力。进气压力的降低直接影响到压缩机排气压力,使压缩机性能曲线下移,所以进口调节的结果实际上是改变了压缩机的性能曲线,达到调节流量的目的。和出口节流法相比,进口节流调节的经济性较好,据有关资料介绍,对某压缩机进行测试表明:在流量变化为60~80%的范围内,进口节流比出口节流节省功率约为4~5%,所以这是一种比较简单而常用的调节方法。在众多制冷压缩机进气调节装置中,一种采用柔性传动方式的进气调节机构具有调节可靠、故障率低的突出优点,由于柔性传动系统采用的是一种用贯穿于多个导叶片调节驱动轮的钢丝索来作为牵引动力,为了使钢丝索能从每一个导叶片驱动轮的外侧圆周向切线转入轮槽并牵引驱动轮,因此,必须在每一个驱动轮的钢丝索引入位置设置一个导轮装置,也就是进气调节系统的活动惰轮,由于活动惰轮安装于各个导叶片驱动轮的旁边,并且有钢丝索环绕,因此对于惰轮座的安装需要一种结构新颖的安装螺栓来配套。

本实用新型提供了一种制冷压缩机进气调节系统中活动惰轮座专用的安装螺栓,主要技术方案如下: 
一种惰轮座安装螺栓,由螺杆段、螺帽、沉头孔和螺纹段组成。螺杆段上部设有螺帽,螺杆段下部为螺纹段;螺帽的帽体为圆柱体设计,螺帽的端面上设有沉头孔,沉头孔为内六角型设计。 
本实用新型所述的惰轮座安装螺栓,结构简单,使用时,可将惰轮座固定在进气调节装置的基座上,而且整个安装螺栓的螺帽端可全部置于惰轮座的安装孔内,部件不外露。独特的六角型沉头孔设计,在拧紧该安装螺栓时可用内六角扳手方便地操作,特别是在进气调节装置日常维护紧固时,十分方便。

如附图所示,本实用新型提供的惰轮座安装螺栓,由螺杆段1、螺帽2、沉头孔3和螺纹段4组成。螺杆段1的上部设有螺帽2,螺杆段1的下部为螺纹段4;螺帽2的帽体为圆柱体设计,螺帽2的端面上设有沉头孔3,沉头孔为内六角型设计。使用时,通过本实用新型提供的惰轮座安装螺栓将惰轮座固定在进气调节装置的基座上,而且整个安装螺栓的螺帽2可全部置于惰轮座的安装孔内,部件不外露。独特的六角型沉头孔设计,在拧紧该安装螺栓时可用内六角扳手方便地操作,特别是在进气调节装置日常维护紧固时,十分方便。
