技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种磨削工具,尤其是涉及一种磨削宝石的陶瓷填料的金刚石磨具。
背景技术
青铜结合剂金刚石的磨具,难以满足磨削胶结致密、组织疏松的弱研磨性宝石的要求,而且宝石的边角崩裂严重。其原因是:胎体的耐磨损性能高,磨削时产生的宝石碎屑不能对包镶金刚石的胎体材料产生足够的磨损,致使出刃的金刚石磨钝后不能及时脱落,新的金刚石不能及时出刃,因而磨具的锋利度差;由于青铜材料的硬度已经很低,依靠传统的设计思想,即单纯通过降低胎体的硬度的方法降低胎体的耐磨性能,对于研制磨削弱研磨性宝石的工具胎体难以奏效。
发明内容
针对金刚石磨钝后不能及时脱落的问题,本实用新型目的在于提供一种在磨削宝石时能提高磨具的磨削速度的陶瓷填料的金刚石磨具。
本实用新型通过以下技术措施实现的,一种陶瓷填料的金刚石磨具,包括中间的磨具基体,和均匀附着在磨具基体表面的均匀分散有金刚石磨料含陶瓷填料的胎体层。
具体的,所述胎体层为均匀分布有陶瓷填料和金刚石磨料的青铜结合剂层。
作为一种优选方式,所述磨具基体为铝合金基体。
所述胎体层的厚度优选5-12mm。
具体的,所述磨具基体为带柄的圆柱形磨头基体或带柄的圆锥形磨头基体。
本实用新型以提高磨具的磨削速度为目的,在青铜胎体中添加陶瓷填料,进一步降低了胎体的耐磨性能,使之与这种弱研磨性的宝石相匹配。显著提高了磨具的耐磨性能,加工宝石更方便;使出刃的金刚石磨钝后能及时脱落,新的金刚石能及时出刃,因而磨具的锋利度高;操作简单,适宜生产应用。

下面结合实施例并对照附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
如图1、图2,一种用于磨削宝石的陶瓷填料的金刚石磨头,包括铝合金的带柄101的圆柱形磨头基体1,均匀附着在圆柱形磨头基体1表面的含陶瓷填料和青铜结合剂的胎体层2,胎体层2的厚度为10mm,胎体层2内均匀分布有金刚石磨料201。

1.一种陶瓷填料的金刚石磨具,其特征在于:包括中间的磨具基体,和均匀附着在磨具基体表面的胎体层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的陶瓷填料的金刚石磨具,其特征在于:所述胎体层为青铜结合剂层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的陶瓷填料的金刚石磨具,其特征在于:所述磨具基体为铝合金基体。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的陶瓷填料的金刚石磨具,其特征在于:所述胎体层的厚度为5-12mm。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的陶瓷填料的金刚石磨具,其特征在于:所述磨具基体为带柄的圆柱形磨头基体或带柄的圆锥形磨头基体。
