背景技术
轧机是加工钨、钼板的主要设备，主要包括轧辊﹑轧辊轴承﹑机架﹑轨座以及轧辊调整装置。钨、钼板进入轧机加工，通常需要来回多道次轧制，可以采用人工方式往返送板，但是工作效率低下。也可以采用自动控制的电机带动钨、钼板往返移动，但是设备复杂，容易损坏，成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是：提供一种结构简单、使用方便的钼带引带装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种钼带引带装置，其特征在于，包括张力滚筒、具有弹性的弧形引带以及连接带，所述张力滚筒位于弧形引带的一端，所述弧形引带与连接带相连，待加工钼带与所述连接带相连。
进一步的，所述弧形引带以及连接带上有焊接点，所述弧形引带通过焊接与连接带相连。
本实用新型的优点是：
结构简单，使用方便，提高了钼带轧制的效率。

具体实施方式
实施例：如图1、图2所示的钼带引带装置，包括张力滚筒2、具有弹性的弧形引带1以及连接带3，所述张力滚筒2位于弧形引带1的一端，弧形引带1与连接带3相连，待加工钼带4与连接带3相连，弧形引带以及连接带上有焊接点5、焊接点6。工作状态时，先把弧形引带1卷在张力滚筒2上，然后把连接带3和弧形引带1通过焊接点焊接起来，再将钼带4和连接带3通过焊接点焊接起来，这样钼带就通过引带和连接带与张力滚筒有效连接。再将张力滚筒和轧制滚筒再对接起来。当张力滚筒向内滚动，弧形引带被卷在张力滚筒上，当松开张力滚筒，由于弹性，弧形引带又会退回到原来的状态，因此钼带通过弧形引带的张力可在轧机上来回多道次轧制。

2.根据权利要求1所述的钼带引带装置，其特征在于，所述弧形引带以及连接带上有焊接点，所述弧形引带通过焊接与连接带相连。
