本实用新型涉及一种LED光源的散热板,具体地说是一种大功率LED无缝异型光源的散热板。
背景技术
LED由于其体积小、耗电量低、使用寿命长等优点,以成为照明光源的发展趋势。对于现有的LED照明灯来说,其发光体一般都是分布在平面状的基体上,光照局限在一个方向上,照明范围小,对于高度与光源接近的范围无法实现有效照明。另外,现有的LED照明灯,其发光体都为圆形,不论采用何种方式排列,排列如何密集,相邻发光体之间都有缝隙,这种缝隙的存在导致了LED光源的不连续性,降低了光源的发光效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种异型LED无缝光源用的散热板,具有散热效果好、光照范围广的优点。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种大功率LED无缝异型光源的散热板,散热板为瓦形、圆柱形、球形或双向弯曲的弧形,所述散热板由一块散热片构成,或由两块以上散热片拼接构成,在散热板上均匀分布有贯穿散热板板体的散热孔。
所述的散热板上还设有接线孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是:其结构新颖,具有良好的散热效果。采用该散热板制成的LED光源,能够同时向多个方向投射光线,其光照范围广,在光反射条件下也能发挥其正常的光效。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种大功率LED无缝异型光源的散热板,散热板1为瓦形、圆柱形、球形或双向弯曲的弧形,所述散热板1由一块散热片构成,或由两块以上散热片拼接构成,拼接散热片的数量根据加工需要而定。在散热板1上均匀分布有贯穿散热板板体的散热孔2,保证散热板具有良好的散热性能。
所述的散热板1上还设有接线孔。LED光源的发光体可以直接用树脂封装在散热板1上。接线孔用于发光体的接线。安装时可以逐块安装发光体,也可以将所有发光体拼接完成后再封装到散热板上。
本技术方案的散热板结构新颖,具有良好的散热效果。采用该散热板制成的LED光源,能够同时向多个方向投射光线,其光照范围广,在光反射条件下也能发挥其正常的光效。

1.一种大功率LED无缝异型光源的散热板,其特征在于:散热板(1)为瓦形、圆柱形、球形或双向弯曲的弧形,所述散热板(1)由一块散热片构成,或由两块以上散热片拼接构成,在散热板(1)上均匀分布有贯穿散热板板体的散热孔(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种大功率LED无缝异型光源的散热板,其特征在于:所述的散热板(1)上还设有接线孔。
