本实用新型涉及一种用于生产太阳能电池封装用EVA胶膜的模头,属于光伏太阳能技术领域。 
背景技术
目前,在生产EVA胶膜时,通常使用的模头流道为衣架式(如图1所示),衣架式模头其压力分布不均,且出模膨胀较大,产品厚度不易控制,由于出模膨胀较大,后续工艺必须对产品进行拉伸才能达到所需厚度的产品,收缩率很难控制, 所以使用衣架式模头只能低速生产,生产速度在2m/min左右。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种用于生产太阳能电池封装用EVA胶膜的模头,其压力分布均匀,使原料的出模速度一致,生产速度可以提高到5m/min以上。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种用于生产太阳能电池封装用EVA胶膜的模头,它包括模头本体,所述模头本体内开设有流道,其特点是:所述流道采用直形流道,所述流道内设置有阻流块,所述阻流块呈三角形。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
