本实用新型涉及一种钢盘条去皮机，属于去锈装置领域。设有机架，机架上方安装有剥壳箱，剥壳箱的一端固定有导模盒，导口模插装在导模盒内，剥壳箱两端经芯轴分别固定一个剥滑轮，剥壳箱内经转轴安装有转盘，转盘的径向经转轴固定有两个剥滑轮，剥滑轮上加工有二道线槽，剥壳箱下端设有排屑口，四个剥滑轮的转轴相互平行。本实用新型去锈的整个过程属于全物理过程，在整个生产过程中，不用酸和水，减少了对环境的污染，极大提高了钢绞线生产过程拉丝的生产效率，降低了综合成本，操作容易。

 本实用新型涉及去锈装置领域，具体地说是一种将表面的铁锈去掉的钢盘条去皮机。
背景技术
众所周知，在传统的钢绞线生产过程中，对82B盘条进行拉拔的前期是要用盐酸（或硫酸）溶液除去盘条表面氧化皮的，酸洗不仅存在着氢脆、过度腐蚀和返锈的弊端，而且耗能、排废、对环境和人体有一定的危害。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种钢盘条去皮机，去锈的整个过程属于全物理过程，在整个生产过程中，不用酸和水，减少了对环境的污染，极大提高了钢绞线生产过程拉丝的生产效率，降低了综合成本，操作容易。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种钢盘条去皮机，设有机架，其特征是：机架上方安装有剥壳箱，剥壳箱的一端固定有导模盒，导口模插装在导模盒内，剥壳箱两端经芯轴分别固定一个剥滑轮，剥壳箱内经转轴安装有转盘，转盘的径向经转轴固定有两个剥滑轮，剥滑轮上加工有二道线槽，剥壳箱下端设有排屑口，四个剥滑轮的转轴相互平行。
本实用新型的有益效果是，去锈的整个过程属于全物理过程，在整个生产过程中，不用酸和水，减少了对环境的污染，极大提高了钢绞线生产过程拉丝的生产效率，降低了综合成本，操作容易。

具体实施方式
图1所示，本实用新型设有机架，机架上方安装有剥壳箱3，剥壳箱3的一端固定有导模盒2，导口模1插装在导模盒2内，剥壳箱3两端经转轴分别固定一个剥滑轮4，剥壳箱3内经芯轴5安装有转盘6，转盘6的径向经转轴固定有两个剥滑轮4，剥滑轮4上加工有二道线槽，芯轴5尾部设有螺母和调节块处，剥壳箱3下端设有排屑口，排屑口下方设有集渣桶，四个剥滑轮4的转轴相互平行。
本实用新型使用时将剥壳箱3进口的导口模1套在打过夹的线材上，接着把导向模1向后推3米以上，并把导口模1倒退进入导模盒2内，转动转盘6将剥滑轮4调至互为正交，通过调整芯轴5尾部的螺母和调节块处的调节螺钉调整剥滑轮4的位置，一切准备就绪之后，启动电源即可进行工作。剥壳机构内部采用斜面结构，除下的尘屑自动集尘集入排屑口的一个集渣桶内。
