Abstract

一种节能新型浮漂,主要解决了现在水产养殖、捕捞网具上所用浮漂在水中拖拉时阻力大耗能多的问题。本实用新型包括浮漂主体及带孔凹槽,其特征是:浮漂主体为流线体,且在主体表面设有供栓绳索用的带孔凹槽。其优点是在水中运行时阻力小节省拖拉能量。

本实用新型涉及一种水产品养殖,捕捞领域使用的用品。 
背景技术
节能环保,低碳生活是当今世界生产生活中急待解决的重大课题。地球上海洋江湖却占绝大部分面积,所以捕捞养殖占有很重要地位。网具是该生产中不可缺少的必须用具,然而网具上所用的浮漂用量又很大,且生产过程中需要拖拉前行。目前市售与使用的产品多为圆球浮体,这种球体在水中拖拉时阻力很大,消耗相当多的动力。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是解决网具上各种浮漂在水中运动时阻力大耗能多问题,研制出了在水中前行时阻力小,耗能少的新产品。 
本实用新型的目的这样来实现的:浮漂主体设计成用质轻而坚硬材料制作成的空心流线体,并且在该流线体表面设有供拴绳索以保证流线体沿长轴方向前进的带孔凹槽。 
根据流体力学理论,物体在流体中运动时,前进方向的阻力取决于与前进方向垂直的最大截面积,流线体在此前进方向的截面积,小于与同体积的圆球面积,从而达到减少前进阻力,节省拖拉能量。 
本实用新型的优点 
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型产品与现有产品相比,浮漂在运行时,阻力小节省能量,根据理论计算和实验验证得以证实。

具体实施方式
根据图标所示图样,制作成上,下各一半的两个金属模具。先将其中一个模具固定在塑料挤塑机的出料口端,然后将所用塑料颗粒,从进料口加入塑料挤塑机内,加热熔融,用螺旋杆将熔融塑料压入模具内,经冷却,开模取出成型物。最后,将同型的两半成型物对合,用胶粘结牢固,经检查试漏后即成成品。

1.一种节能新型浮漂主体及带孔凹槽,其特征是:浮漂主体为流线体,在流线体表面设有供拴绳索以保证流线体沿长轴方向前进的带孔凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能新型浮漂,其主体特征是用质轻而坚硬的材料制作成的空心流线体。
