    本实用新型涉及一种离心机阻尼减震器,适用于医药、化工、食品加工、冶金、纺织行业。
背景技术
长期以来,传统离心机使用的阻尼减震器由于离心间潮湿,化工腐蚀等原因,离心机阻尼减震器采用碳钢材质,出现了锈斑,阻尼油很黏,防止阻尼油外泄的减震器的外套布粘上阻尼油或料液后难以清洁,而且软结构设计,容易滋生细菌,设计构造不适合淸洁区实际情况,不利于清洁。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种离心机阻尼减震器,其减震器取消软连接外套,简化了结构,采用不锈钢材质,从细节上从根本上解决了上述问题。从而达到避免产品污染,便于清洁及操作的目的,该设计结构简单、制作方便、适用性强。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:离心机阻尼减震器,由上座体、下座体、减震弹簧、连杆、阻尼油组成,其特征在于:下座体内注有粘度高的阻尼油,减震弹簧浸在下座体的阻尼油内,下座体的内壁设有防止阻尼油外溢的倒槽,上座体覆盖在下座体上并紧压在减震弹簧上,通过连杆将上座体、减震弹簧、下座体连接在一起。
本实用新型的积极效果是避免了产品污染,便于清洁及操作,其结构简单、制作方便、成本低、经济耐用、实用性强,使用寿命高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述:如图1所示,离心机阻尼减震器,由上座体1、下座体2、减震弹簧3、拉杆4、阻尼油5组成,其特征在于:下座体2内注有阻尼油5,减震弹簧3浸在下座体2的阻尼油5内,下座体2的内壁设有防止阻尼油外溢的倒槽,上座体1覆盖在下座体2上并紧压在减震弹簧3上,通过连杆4将上座体1、减震弹簧3、下座体2连接在一起。
工作时减震器下座体2内注有一定量的阻尼油5,振动由机身经阻尼减震器上座体1传导至减震弹簧3,减震弹簧3通过自身的压缩、伸张储存振动变形能量使振动量减弱,振动平缓,又由于减震弹簧3在阻尼油5内,阻尼油5对减震弹簧3输出的部分振动能量再次进行吸收、缓冲和抑制,更有效地提升了阻尼减震器整体减震性能。内壁上设置的倒槽有效地防止了阻尼油因震荡挤压外溢。上座体1的外壳下口在设计上略低于下座体2外壳上口,能有效地防止了外界物质进入阻尼减震器内腔。
阻尼减震器座体采用304制成,外表面光滑易清洁,减震弹簧由高粘度阻尼油包裹,避免了氧化,防止锈蚀延长弹簧减震寿命。很适合医药、食品加工、化工行业生产使用。
