背景技术:
混凝土砌块等制品,在模具内成型后,还需要给其加热,使之内部发生化学反应,机械强度、抗压力等参数才能达到要求的水平;以往均是将半成品放入烘房内,再使用暖气管道或电热等方式加热,消耗能源量比较大;因为制品本身的化学反应是会释放出相当大的热量,因此设想能提供一种设备,能够保持制品本身的发热热量在一定空间内不被散发,达到和外部加热相同的效果。
发明内容:
    本实用新型的目的就是提供一种保温自发热烘房,通过在房体内壁设置保温材料层,并在房体两端安装带保温套的滑动门体,能够使混凝土制品在自身发热的条件下完成化学反应,不需要外部加热源就能使产品达到技术要求,节约了能源,保证了生产速度。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种保温自发热烘房,包括房体:房体侧壁和顶部为混凝土墙壁,混凝土墙壁内侧设置有保温材料层,房体两端安装有滑轨,滑轨上安装有滑动门,所述滑动门与房体结合处设置有石棉保温套。
所述保温材料层为混凝土砂浆与泡沫塑料颗粒按一定比例混合搅拌后凝固制成。
