Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种组件支撑件为一截面成L形的直角钢结构,所述直角形钢结构的一折面上开设一腰型孔,另一折面上开设有一T形组合口,所述T形组合口的横向通口的一端在所述直角形钢结构上构成一豁口。本实用新型的组件支撑件实现了将组件与生根件之间的直接连接,克服了常规屋顶光伏系统安装需要龙骨和组件安装时生根件或龙骨测绘不精确时组件无法安装的难题,通过本实用新型组件支撑件直接将组件和生根件连接固定,从而方便组件的安装固定,较为实用;同时本实用新型实现有效固定组件以保障其能够承受实际使用情况下的正负风压。

本实用新型涉一种支撑件,具体的涉及一种屋顶光伏组件安装过程中使用的组件支撑件。
背景技术
传统屋顶光伏组件安装过程中需在屋顶生根,在生根件上安装龙骨,再将组件安装固定在龙骨上。由于传统组件在安装过程中需要将生根件和龙骨很好的结合,同时对龙骨精确定位,加大了安装的难度和工作强度,所以需要一种能够快速方便的安装件将组件固定在屋顶的生根件上。
实用新型内容
为克服现有技术中的不足,本实用新型旨在提供一种组件支撑件,以实现将组件方便的固定在生根件上。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种组件支撑件为一截面成L形的直角钢结构,所述直角形钢结构的一折面上开设一腰型孔,另一折面上开设有一T形组合口,所述T形组合口的横向通口的一端在所述直角形钢结构上构成一豁口。

参见图1所示,一种组件支撑件为一截面成L形的直角钢结构1,所述直角形钢结构1的一折面上开设一腰型孔2,另一折面上开设有一T形组合口3,所述T形组合口3的横向通口的一端在所述直角形钢结构1上构成一豁口4。
本实用新型组件支撑件的腰型孔2一折面通过螺栓与生根件连接,腰型孔可以实现支撑件与生根件相对安装位置可调,便于安装。另一折面通过螺栓与组件侧边框连接,T形组合口3的横向通口便于安装过程中螺栓从上方套入,与横向通口相接侧口用于锁紧螺栓并保障能够承受上下两方向的力。
