一种化工离心泵，具有泵体(1)，所述泵体(1)上设有中间支架(2)，以及和所述中间支架(2)连接的悬架体(3)，所述的中间支架(2)与悬架体(3)为一体成型的轴承体(4)，泵体采用冲压成型制造方式，将优质板材经过冲压、焊接、热处理、喷砂、探伤检测，彻底消除了因铸造缺陷产生渗漏隐患。这样既省工省料，又减少了连接处的累积误差，提高了机械密封的使用寿命。在泵性能特点不变的前提下，使泵的稳定性大幅提高，解决了泵体的跑、冒、渗、漏现象。

本实用新型涉及一种离心泵，尤其涉及一种应用于化工行业的离心泵。
背景技术：
随着时代的进步，社会的发展，泵的用途愈来愈广泛，特别在电力、冶炼、印染、环保等行业对泵的要求越来越严格，其能源用量也日趋增多，泵的耗能占国民经济的比例份额不断增加，故提高泵的效率及密封性能势在必行。现行技术下的IH化工离心泵是单级单吸悬臂式离心泵。其执行技术参数GB/T5662-1985.ISO2858和GB/T5656标准。IH泵现行技术中泵体为铸造件。缺点是铸造缺陷难以消除，容易产生泄漏。中间支架和悬架体为组合式结构，其缺点是累积误差容易超标，机械加工费工费料等问题。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，较小误差，节约材料的化工离心泵。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的：一种化工离心泵，具有泵体，所述泵体上设有中间支架，以及和所述中间支架连接的悬架体，所述的中间支架与悬架体为一体成型的轴承体。
本实用新型的优点：泵体采用冲压成型制造方式，将优质板材经过冲压、焊接、热处理、喷砂、探伤检测，彻底消除了因铸造缺陷产生渗漏隐患。这样既省工省料，又减少了连接处的累积误差，提高了机械密封的使用寿命。在泵性能特点不变的前提下，使泵的稳定性大幅提高，解决了泵体的跑、冒、渗、漏现象。
