一种化工离心泵,具有泵体(1),所述泵体(1)上设有中间支架(2),以及和所述中间支架(2)连接的悬架体(3),所述的中间支架(2)与悬架体(3)为一体成型的轴承体(4),泵体采用冲压成型制造方式,将优质板材经过冲压、焊接、热处理、喷砂、探伤检测,彻底消除了因铸造缺陷产生渗漏隐患。这样既省工省料,又减少了连接处的累积误差,提高了机械密封的使用寿命。在泵性能特点不变的前提下,使泵的稳定性大幅提高,解决了泵体的跑、冒、渗、漏现象。

本实用新型涉及一种离心泵,尤其涉及一种应用于化工行业的离心泵。 
背景技术:
随着时代的进步,社会的发展,泵的用途愈来愈广泛,特别在电力、冶炼、印染、环保等行业对泵的要求越来越严格,其能源用量也日趋增多,泵的耗能占国民经济的比例份额不断增加,故提高泵的效率及密封性能势在必行。现行技术下的IH化工离心泵是单级单吸悬臂式离心泵。其执行技术参数GB/T5662-1985.ISO2858和GB/T5656标准。IH泵现行技术中泵体为铸造件。缺点是铸造缺陷难以消除,容易产生泄漏。中间支架和悬架体为组合式结构,其缺点是累积误差容易超标,机械加工费工费料等问题。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,较小误差,节约材料的化工离心泵。 
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的:一种化工离心泵,具有泵体,所述泵体上设有中间支架,以及和所述中间支架连接的悬架体,所述的中间支架与悬架体为一体成型的轴承体。 
本实用新型的优点:泵体采用冲压成型制造方式,将优质板材经过冲压、焊接、热处理、喷砂、探伤检测,彻底消除了因铸造缺陷产生渗漏隐患。这样既省工省料,又减少了连接处的累积误差,提高了机械密封的使用寿命。在泵性能特点不变的前提下,使泵的稳定性大幅提高,解决了泵体的跑、冒、渗、漏现象。
