本实用新型涉及一种密封料斗,该料斗是一个多料供给装置,用于几种不同配比粉状物的连续密封供料系统上。该密封料斗由集料筒、下锥体、出料口、顶板焊接而成,其中顶板中心部位上开有中心孔,中心管由此中心孔插入与料斗顶板焊接,集料管由集料筒旁边与集料筒焊接,集料筒内有一锥形筒,该锥形筒外径与集料筒内壁焊接,锥形筒内径与中心管之间留有一间隙,锥形筒四周打均匀漏孔;中心管和集料管的进料端分别通过钢卡与帆布软管固定连接;密封料斗通过底部出料口与外部焊接固定。本实用新型采取合理的方式供料,既保证了供料均匀,同时也解决了粉尘外溢污染环境。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种生产线供料装置,尤其涉及一种关于几种粉状物的连续均匀密封供料装置,该装置用于生产线供料系统。 
背景技术
现有的供料生产线上,由于存在几种粉状物要求按配比连续供给,而现有技术中的供料装置不能实现几种粉状物的同时均匀供给与输出。对于两种(或以上)的粉状物在实际供料中,由于配比不同,有的相差很大,则容易产生混料不均从而影响产品的质量。实际生产线系统的供料装置由于没有密封结构,使得粉尘外溢而对环境产生了污染,对工人的身体健康也造成了很大的危害。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种防止在生产线供料过程中所产生的供料不均和污染环境的装置,其以简单的结构根据不同粉状物的不同比例,采取合理方式供料,小配比料由中心供给,大配比料由四周供给,从而达到两种(或两种以上)的粉状物在同一时间里进入下道工序(搅拌机构或输送机构等),从而达到混料均匀的目的,既保证供料均匀的同时也解决了粉尘外溢污染环境。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的密封料斗主体由集料筒、下锥体、出料口、顶板焊接而成,其中顶板中心部位上开有中心孔,中心管由此中心孔插入与料斗顶板焊接,集料管由集料筒旁边与集料筒焊接;集料筒内有一锥形筒,该锥形筒的外径与集料筒的内壁焊接,锥形筒的内径与中心管留有一间隙,锥形筒四周打均匀漏孔;在中心管和集料管的进料端分别通过钢卡10连接帆布软管。 
本实用新型是按照2种粉状物进行设计的,若为3种或3种以上原料,可增加一级或多级集料管及锥形筒(2),最终几种粉状物由一简单封闭料斗同时进入下道工序,即可满足供料均匀的目的。由于该料斗的上端焊有顶板,故该料斗是密封的,从而也解决了粉尘外溢而污染环境的问题。 
本实用新型密封料斗可广泛应用于化工、食品加工等行业,特别适用于配比不同的几种粉状物并且配比相差很大的场合。

具体实施方式
在附图1的密封料斗结构组装图中,小配比料经由帆布软管(9)及与其固定连接的中心管(7)下去,而大配比料则由旁路帆布软管 (9)及与其连接的集料管(8)进料后经过锥形筒(2)的漏孔(3)及锥形筒(2)与中心管(7)之间的间隙均匀下料后与小配比料同时落入出料口(5),经出料口出料后进入下道工序(搅拌机构进行干粉搅拌或者输料机构输出料等工序),确保配料均匀而实现均匀混料,保证供料质量。由于该料斗顶端焊有密封顶板(6),从而也解决了污染环境的问题。 
上述实施方式为2种粉状物的供料方式,若为3种或3种以上原料,可增加一级或多级集料管(8)及与其固定连接的帆布软管(9)及锥形筒(2),最终小配比料经由中心管(7)进入,而几种大配比料经由多级集料管(8)分别进入,最后几种粉状物同时落入出料口(5),经出料口出料后进入下道工序。 
使用时,可将密封料斗的出料口焊接在外部平面或外部圆弧上(下道工序的搅拌或者输送等机构上),也可以通过其他方式与下道工序进行连接。 

Claims (2)

1.一种密封料斗,该料斗包括集料筒(1)、下锥体(4)、出料口(5),其特征在于:所述集料筒(1)的顶端焊有顶板(6),顶板(6)中心部位上开有中心孔,中心管(7)由此中心孔插入与料斗顶板(6)焊接,集料管(8)由集料筒(1)旁边与集料筒焊接;所述集料筒(1)内有一锥形筒(2),该锥形筒(2)的外径与集料筒(1)的内壁焊接,锥形筒(2)的内径与中心管(7)之间留有一间隙,锥形筒(2)四周打均匀漏孔(3);所述中心管(7)和集料管(8)的进料端分别通过钢卡(10)与帆布软管(9)固接。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的密封料斗,其特征在于所述集料筒(1)上可增加一个或多个集料管(8)、锥形筒(2)及漏孔(3),该集料管(8)由集料筒(1)旁边与集料筒焊接,锥形筒(2)的外径与集料筒(1)的内壁焊接,各集料管的进料端分别通过钢卡(10)与帆布软管(9)固接。
