背景技术：
在药剂生产的过程中，单效浓缩器是采用酒精等溶剂萃取药品有效成分的一个重要设备，其中的药液浓缩程度直接影响到最终成品药液的质量，由于单效浓缩器是全封闭罐体设计，以往若想取出罐内的药渣需要停止工作，派工人从顶部打开罐体入内取出药渣，不但费时费力，还大大影响了生产效率，因此设想提供一种装置能够解决这一问题。
发明内容：
    本实用新型的目的就是提供一种单效浓缩器出料口取料检测装置，在罐体下端侧边开有出渣管，并在管内设置可控制的爪耙，可以方便快速的清除药渣并从出渣管内取出，大大提高了工作效率，降低了工人的工作强度，又保证了产品质量。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
