技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种骨密度检测仪,尤其涉及一种新型超声骨密度检测仪。
背景技术
骨骼是支撑人体这座“精细建筑”的主体框架,其抵抗外界冲击能力的大小与骨质密度的高低成正比。此外,骨骼也是储存钙的场所,这些钙是维持人体细胞功能所必须的物质。因此,健康的骨骼为生命安全提供了保证。骨量丢失,骨骼缺钙,造成骨密度减低,严重时会引起骨质疏松。随着人口平均寿命的延长和老龄人口的增多,骨质疏松症已经成为影响人体健康的严重疾病之一。目前全世界约有2亿多人患有不同程度的骨质疏松症,其发病率已经跃居常见病和多发病的第七位。然而目前在临床医学上还没有完全修复已经疏松骨骼的办法,只能通过补充钙质和维生素D来维持。另外,由于骨质疏松的发病过程很慢,并且没有特殊的临床表现,因而会被大多数人所忽视,所以骨质疏松的早期诊断和预防就显得尤为重要了。
在临床医学中,骨质密度测定一般采用单光子/双光子吸收法、CT扫描法、单能/双能x射线吸收法,这些方法所使用的仪器操作繁琐,体积较大,携带不便,价钱昂贵,且有放射性污染等,因此只能固定在有防护装置的实验室用。超声作为一种安全经济的物理诊断治疗方法,已被广泛应用,但利用超声波原理测定骨质密度的方法并不多见,利用超声波原理测定骨质密度,可使操作者和被检测人员避免Y或x射线的照射,而骨质密度的高低可直接反映出骨骼缺钙情况及骨量丢失的程度。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题,本实用新型提供一种降低辐射,方便实用的新型超声骨密度检测仪,由PC主机(1)、主控电路(2)、发射电路(3)、接收电路(4)构成,其特征在于PC机连接主控电路,主控电路与发射电路相连,接收电路与发射电路连接。
本实用新型的有益效果为:该新型超声检测仪比以往传统设备测量数值更精确,同时也避免了受试者和测量人员受辐射伤害。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示,本实用新型在功能上分为主控电路(2)、发射电路(3)和接收电路(4)。其基本工作原理是在PC机(1)的整体控制下,由主控电路(2)向发射电路(3)输出信号,发射电路(3)输出激励信号,驱动超声发射探头发射超声波,超声波通过待测量骨到达超声接收探头,声信号转换为电信号,经过滤波放大后,再进行AD转换,转换后的数字信号通过接收电路(4)进入PC机(1)进行数字处理,途中的信号使用示波器进行监测。
