Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电磁机关枪炮。在圆台螺旋磁轭组成的加速轨道上,设置多相分布绕组和光栅及半导体控制电路,组成定子投射电枢,发射弹丸为铁球,由弹仓送弹。多相分布绕组产生螺旋运动磁场,弹丸在螺旋磁轭内环滚动加速至同步发射速度后,按切线方向发射出去,弹丸高速自转,具有良好的稳定性。它可用直流电源供电,并用光栅控制技术(投射体自影位置跟踪),使旋转磁场加速力与投射体严格同步,发射速度可调;也可用多相交流电源供电,采用固频,发射速度固定。弹丸小的叫电磁机关枪,弹丸大的叫电磁机关炮,都可连续、高速发射弹丸或弹幕,弹丸价廉。主要用途:军事。

技术领域:
本发明涉及电磁发射武器领域,具体指电磁机关枪炮。 
技术背景:
最早的电磁投射武器是线圈炮,由于使用电刷等部件,发展受到限制,目前发展较快的是电磁轨道炮,其制约实战化的关键,一是如何能重复使用,要求其轨道材料必须有足够的强度和刚度和承受强大电流;二是高功率脉冲电源技术,主要技术瓶颈是小型化问题;三是在极短时间内把存储的能量释放出来,一个关键部件就是大功率开关问题。此外还有弹丸的稳定飞行等关键因素(2011.01,24日解放军报:‘新战争之王:电磁炮前世今生与未来’)。 
提供一种小型化的电磁机关枪炮,可以连续、高速发射弹丸或弹幕,对中近程防空、反导、反卫星等防御作战和进攻型电磁投射武器的小型化,具有实战化意义。
发明内容:
本发明的目的,在于利用‘投射电机’学原理(已申请发明专利),提供一种电磁机关枪炮,它由圆台螺旋型轨道磁轭1、多相分布绕组2和光栅3及半导体控制电路组成定子投射电枢(加速器),发射弹丸为铁球4,由弹仓送弹。多相分布绕组在磁轭内环形成螺旋运动磁场,弹丸在螺旋磁轭内环滚动加速至同步发射速度后,按切线方向发射出去,弹丸高速自转,具有良好的稳定性。它可用直流电源供电,并用光栅控制技术(投射体自影位置跟踪),使螺旋运动磁场与投射体严格同步,发射速度可调;也可用多相交流电源供电,采用固频,产生周期螺旋运动磁场,省去光栅及半导体控制电路,同步发射速度V不变,V=6.38fd其中,f为多相交变电流频率,d为加速轨道发射半径。例如d=0.3m的电磁机关枪,供电交流电源频率f=1000Hz弹丸发射初速V=1914米/秒,显然可以实现小型化、实战化。

具体实施方式:
本发明的实现方式,是铁球在圆台型螺旋内圆轨道上滚动加速。具体实施方式是,在圆台型螺旋磁轭轨道上设置多相分布绕组和光栅,多相分布绕组产生螺旋运动磁场,将铁球滚动加速至同步发射速度后,按切线方向发射出去,弹丸高速自转,具有很好的稳定性。它可用直流电源供电,并用光栅控制技术(投射体自影位置跟踪),使螺旋运动磁场与投射体严格自同步;也可用多相交流电源供电,采用固频,产生周期螺旋运动磁场,省去光栅及半导体控制电路。这种电磁发射机关枪炮的电磁设计,可以借鉴普通电机学理论。 
弹丸小的叫电磁机关枪,弹丸大的叫电磁机关炮,都可连续、高速发射弹丸或弹幕,弹丸制造价廉,对中近程防空、反导、反卫星、反坦克等防御作战和进攻型电磁投射武器的小型化、实战化,具有实现意义。 

Claims (3)

1.电磁机关枪炮,由圆台螺旋型加速轨道磁轭、多相分布绕组和光栅及半导体控制电路组成定子投射电枢,用直流电源或多相交流电源供电,发射弹丸为铁球,由弹仓送弹,其特征是:圆台型螺旋磁轭轨道上设置多相分布绕组和光栅,多相分布绕组产生螺旋运动磁场,将铁球滚动加速至同步发射速度后,按切线方向发射出去,铁球高速自转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电磁发射机关枪炮,可以用直流电源供电,其特征是:螺旋磁轭轨道上设有多相分布绕组和光栅,采用铁球自影光栅位置跟踪,半导体控制电路控制多相分布绕组换相,使螺旋运动磁场与铁球严格同步,发射速度可调。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电磁发射机关枪炮,也可用多相交流电源供电,采用固频,省去光栅及半导体控制电路,其特征是:螺旋磁轭轨道上设有多相分布绕组,产生周期螺旋运动磁场,将弹丸滚动加速至同步发射速度,发射速度由流电源频率f与发射半径d决定。
