本实用新型揭露了一种LED日光灯白光模组，包括一PCB板以及规则排列在PCB板上的多个蓝光LED发光晶片，还包括涂覆于PCB板上的反光白油层，所述反光白油层形成有与多个蓝光LED发光晶片一一对应的孔，孔内注入有导热荧光粉树脂，所述孔包括靠近PCB板的第一段孔与远离PCB板的第二段孔，其中，所述第一段孔为直孔或(喇叭孔)，所述第二段孔为椭圆孔，且第一段孔的孔径小于第二段孔，蓝光LED发光晶片发出的蓝光透过导热荧光粉树脂后转换为冷白光或暖白光或纯白光，此光经过反光白油层的反射后，亮度更高；而且因为反光白油层的第二段孔为椭圆孔，且孔径比第一段孔大，从而可以将发光角度放大到155度，使得光的照射面积更大。

一种LED日光灯白光模组
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种照明装置，尤其涉及一种LED日光灯白光模组。
背景技术
传统的LED日光灯白光模组包括一PCB板以及焊接在PCB板上的蓝光LED发光晶片，蓝光LED发光晶片上涂覆有荧光粉树脂，从而使得蓝光透过荧光粉树脂后转化为白光，但是这种发光晶片的出光角度仅为正负60度，即出光角度为120度，照射面积小，而且这种光经过多次反射后光强较弱，从而亮度不够。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点，提供一种光照射面积大、亮度高的LED日光灯白光模组。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：
一种LED日光灯白光模组，包括一PCB板以及规则排列在PCB板上的多个蓝光LED发光晶片，还包括涂覆于PCB板上的反光白油层，所述反光白油层形成有与多个蓝光LED发光晶片一一对应的孔，孔内注入有导热荧光粉树脂，所述孔包括靠近PCB板的第一段孔与远离PCB板的第二段孔，其中，所述第二段孔为椭圆孔，且第一段孔的孔径小于第二段孔。
所述第一段孔为直孔或喇叭孔。
所述PCB板由两块板错位拼成，整块PCB板的两端均呈台阶状。
本实用新型的有益效果为：蓝光LED发光晶片发出的蓝光透过导热荧光粉树脂后转换为冷白光或暖白光或纯白光，此光经过反光白油层的反射后，亮度更高；而且因为反光白油层的第二段孔为椭圆孔，且孔径比第一段孔大，从而可以将发光角度放大到155度，使得光的照射面积更大；此外，因为PCB板由两块板错位拼成，从而整块PCB板的两端均呈台阶状，如此，两个以上本实用新型LED日光灯白光模组对接时，对接口为无缝对接，而且对接口的强度更可靠。

具体实施方式
以下将参照附图详细说明本实用新型的LED日光灯白光模组。
如图1、2、3所示，在本实施例中，本实用新型LED日光灯白光模组包括一PCB板1，规则排列在PCB板1上的多个蓝光LED发光晶片2，还包括涂覆于PCB板1上的反光白油层3，所述反光白油层3形成有与多个蓝光LED发光晶片2一一对应的孔4，孔4内注入有导热荧光粉树脂5。所述孔4包括靠近PCB板1的第一段孔41与远离PCB板1的第二段孔42，其中，所述第一段孔41为直孔或喇叭孔，所述第二段孔42为椭圆孔，且第一段孔41的孔径小于第二段孔42。所述蓝光LED发光晶片2位于第一段孔41内。
所述蓝光LED发光晶片2发出的蓝光透过导热荧光粉树脂5后转换为冷白光或暖白光或纯白光，此光经过反光白油层3的反射后，亮度更高；而且因为第二段孔42为椭圆孔，且孔径比第一段孔41大，从而可以将发光角度放大到155度，使得光的照射面积更大。
在本实施例中，较佳地，所述PCB板1由两块板11、12错位拼成，从而整块PCB板1的两端均呈台阶状，如此，两个以上本实用新型LED日光灯白光模组对接时，对接口为无缝对接，而且对接口的强度更可靠。

Claims (3)

1.一种LED日光灯白光模组，包括一PCB板以及规则排列在PCB板上的多个蓝光LED发光晶片，其特征在于：还包括涂覆于PCB板上的反光白油层，所述反光白油层形成有与多个蓝光LED发光晶片一一对应的孔，孔内注入有导热荧光粉树脂，所述孔包括靠近PCB板的第一段孔与远离PCB板的第二段孔，其中，所述第二段孔为椭圆孔，且第一段孔的孔径小于第二段孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED日光灯白光模组，其特征在于：所述第一段孔为直孔或喇叭孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种LED日光灯白光模组，其特征在于：所述PCB板由两块板错位拼成，整块PCB板的两端均呈台阶状。
