本实用新型涉及一种二氯苯分离用冷凝器,特别涉及一种不易堵塞管路的二氯苯分离用冷凝器。 
背景技术
冷凝器是精馏工艺中必不可少的设备,在二氯苯分离过程中,传统的二氯苯分离用冷凝器为卧式冷凝器。冷凝管水平设置,利用管程走料,壳程走水的形式进行冷凝,但由于二氯苯分离过程中分离出高含量的对二氯苯容易结晶,管程中结晶的对二氯苯容易积聚,导致管程堵塞,降低换热效率,导致冷凝效果不少,严重时导致冷凝器堵塞,影响生产。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种不易堵塞管路的二氯苯分离用冷凝器。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种二氯苯分离用冷凝器,包括壳体以及内置壳体内的冷凝管,其创新点在于:所述冷凝管竖直设置,所述冷凝管上端连通负压集气管,所述冷凝管的下端连通集液槽和进气管,所述壳体上部侧壁开有进水口,壳体下部侧壁开有出水口。 
本实用新型的优点在于:采用冷凝管竖直设置的结构,使用时壳体的壳程上部进水,下部出水,料气通过冷凝管进行冷凝,结晶的对二氯苯在重力作用的情况下自由落体落入集液槽,有效的解决了对二氯苯结晶堵塞冷凝器的问题,保证了正常的分离。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,包括壳体1、冷凝管2、负压集气管3、集液槽4、进气管5、进水口6、出水口7。 
上述壳体1内置有冷凝管2,该冷凝管2竖直设置,在冷凝管2的上端与负压集气管3连通,冷凝管2的下端连通有集液槽4和进气管5,壳体1的上部侧壁开有进水口6,壳体1的下部侧壁开出水口7。 
使用时,料气从冷凝管2下端向上移动,与冷凝管2外的冷却水进行热交换,结晶的对二氯苯在重力作用的情况下自由落体落入集液槽4,不会造成冷凝器的堵塞问题,保证了正常的分离。
