背景技术
铅酸电池已经有130年的历史,具有性能可靠,生产工艺成熟,较镍氢电池和锂电池成本低等优点。目前的电动自行车绝大多数是采用密封式铅酸电池。密封式铅酸电池是将正、负极板交错叠放排列在电池盒内,正、负极板之间用绝缘隔板进行隔离,当电解液充入电池盒内,电解液与正、负极板上的铅进行化学反应。当电池充电时,变成硫酸铅的正、负两极板上的铅把固定在其中的硫酸成分释放到电解液中,分别变成铅和氧化铅,使电解液中的硫酸浓度不断增加,电压上升,积蓄能量;放电时,正极板中的氧化铅和负极板上的铅与电解液中的硫酸发生反应变成硫酸铅,使电解液中的硫酸浓度不断降低,电压下降,使得能量降低,电池对外输出能量,故电池的循环充放电是电能和化学能不断转换的一个过程,最终实现能量的存储和释放。在铅酸蓄电池板栅的加工过程中,板栅上有些多余的铅膏,若不及时处理,铅膏变干后就不能再用,对环境也是一种污染,对资源也是一种浪费。

铅酸蓄电池板栅铅膏收集装置,包括支架,所述支架上安有工作台,所述的工作台一侧设有挡板,所述支架底部安有支撑板,其特征在于:所述工作台上设有漏槽,所述漏槽顶部设有滤网,所述漏槽下方设有铅膏收集盒,在铅膏收集盒内装有水,保证收集的铅膏不会被风干,便于再利用。
所述的铅膏收集盒设在支撑板上。
所述的滤网为金属滤网。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构简单,使用价值高,能够将工作过程中从板栅上多余的铅膏进行收集再利用,既经济又环保。
