    本实用新型涉及一种化工设备,尤其涉及一种更换固态催化剂的设备。
背景技术
在一些化工生产过程中,需要催化剂参与进行反应,各种催化剂被放置在固定床反应器的管程内。催化剂失效需更换时,催化剂的清理工作通常是拆下反应器下部封头,催化剂自由散落,无法控制,且催化剂往往是高温状态,极易引起火灾和催化剂的损失及现场的凌乱,操作极为不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了提供一种能在现有固体反应器的基础上增加独立的催化剂更换装置,实现催化剂的更换。
本实用新型提供的技术方案是:
催化剂更换装置,包括密封负压储罐,密封负压储罐顶部设置抽真空阀、物料进口,底部设置催化剂封口,抽真空阀通过真空管与真空泵连接,物料进口通过物料管与反应器内盛装催化剂的列管联通。
具体的,密封负压储罐顶部还设置有放空阀。
具体的,密封负压储罐顶部还设置有压力仪表。
使用时先对密封负压储罐抽真空,使密封负压储罐内为负压,用橡胶物料管一端接至密封负压储罐顶部物料进口,另一端对接盛装催化剂的列管,等密封负压储罐满仓以后,停止对密封负压储罐抽真空,放至常压,将催化剂从催化剂封口导出。这样既节省了大量的人力物力,消除了安全隐患,大大减少了开停机的时间,降低了生产成本。

如图所示,催化剂更换装置,包括密封负压储罐,密封负压储罐顶部设置抽真空阀、物料进口,底部设置催化剂封口,抽真空阀通过真空管与真空泵连接,物料进口通过物料管与反应器内盛装催化剂的列管联通。
密封负压储罐顶部还设置有放空阀。

还可以多个密封负压储罐并行与反应器内盛装催化剂的列管连接。

1.催化剂更换装置,其特征在于,包括密封负压储罐,密封负压储罐顶部设置抽真空阀、物料进口,底部设置催化剂封口,抽真空阀通过真空管与真空泵连接,物料进口通过物料管与反应器内盛装催化剂的列管联通。
2.根据权利要求1所述催化剂更换装置,其特征在于,密封负压储罐顶部还设置有放空阀。
