背景技术
办公椅是各类办公场所必不可少的用具之一，办公椅本身也具有多种类型。其中，椅面可转动的办公椅使用较广，这种办公椅的椅脚一般采用注塑成型的方式制造，其结构大致包括一个中心座以及若干根与中心座固连为一体的支脚，从支脚的下端向上看，其内部呈中空状，这样虽然可以达到节省材料和减轻重量的目的，但在一定程度上削弱了支脚的强度，使得支脚在受到较大的外力作用时容易出现断裂，变形等不良现象。也有使用铝合金等金属材料整体铸造而成，但是金属材料造价贵，生产成本高，重量重同样限制了其市场推广能力。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步解释。如图所示：一种椅脚，包括安装立柱的安装孔1，及均匀分布焊接在安装孔外圆周上的支脚2，其特征在于：所述的支脚2为板材两侧边向对冲压弯折成空心体，板材两侧边向内弯折入支脚2内形成加强筋4，在加强筋4对接处焊接形成密闭。

在生产时，在冲压成形支脚2后，使用电焊方式在加强筋4对接处焊接，形成焊点5，在使用过程中，冲压而成的加强筋4和焊点5均能起到加强支脚承载能力的作用。与传统技术使用塑料及金属材料整体铸造的方式相比，本实用新型可以采用1mm以下的铁板制作，设计在支脚2上的加强筋，及用电焊封边使得支脚形成密闭的方式有效的保证了支脚的承载能力。具有结构简单，生产工艺简单，承载力强等优点。

1.一种椅脚，包括安装立柱的安装孔（1），及均匀分布焊接在安装孔外圆周上的支脚（2），其特征在于：所述的支脚（2）为板材两侧边向对冲压弯折成空心体，板材两侧边向内弯折入支脚（2）内形成加强筋（4），在加强筋（4）对接处焊接形成密闭。
