本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：由上夹头、夹杆、套圈、弹性圈、下夹头组成，其特征在于夹杆上留有上夹头、下夹头，两条夹杆之间留有套圈，两条夹杆尾部留有弹性圈，使用时用上夹头和下夹头夹住松紧带，把套圈往左移动，直到上夹头和下夹头把松紧带夹紧，然后把弹性圈插入衣裤留有的洞口把松紧带拉出即可。
本实用新型的有益效果是设计简单，成本低廉，能保证质量，实用性较大。
