本实用新型涉及一种液压管接头。
背景技术：
目前，液压硬管端的焊接管接头有外螺纹和内螺纹两种形式，且常用的内螺纹接头螺母是活动的，施工过程中都容易碰上螺纹或者密封面。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是为了克服以上的不足，提供一种结构简单、施工方便、保护螺纹和密封面的一种液压管接头。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：一种液压管接头，包括硬管焊接段，硬管焊接段的一端设有外六角连接段，外六角连接段的两端面为等边外六角柱面，外六角连接段的另一端设有内螺纹连接段，内螺纹连接段的外端面为密封端面。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于：硬管焊接段与外六角连接段内部共同设有第一通孔，内螺纹连接段的内部设有第二通孔和螺纹孔，螺纹孔置于第二通孔的一端，第一通孔与第二通孔相通。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
本实用新型结构简单，施工方便，螺纹连接面和密封面被损伤的概率较低。

如图1、图2示出了本实用新型一种液压管接头的一种实施方式，包括硬管焊接段1，尺寸与硬管匹配，硬管焊接段1的一端设有外六角连接段2，外六角连接段2的两端面为等边外六角柱面，满足对接接头安装时施加扭矩的需要，外六角连接段2的另一端设有内螺纹连接段3，内螺纹连接段3的外端面为密封端面4，接头为整体式，使结构得到简化，硬管焊接段1与外六角连接段2内部共同设有第一通孔，内螺纹连接段3的内部设有第二通孔和螺纹孔，螺纹孔置于第二通孔的一端，第一通孔与第二通孔相通。本实用新型具有结构简单、施工方便、保护螺纹和密封面的优点。

1.一种液压管接头，其特征在于：包括硬管焊接段（1），所述硬管焊接段（1）的一端设有外六角连接段（2），所述外六角连接段（2）的两端面为等边外六角柱面，所述外六角连接段（2）的另一端设有内螺纹连接段（3），所述内螺纹连接段（3）的外端面为密封端面（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种液压管接头，其特征在于：所述硬管焊接段（1）与所述外六角连接段（2）内部共同设有第一通孔，所述内螺纹连接段（3）的内部设有第二通孔和螺纹孔，所述螺纹孔置于所述第二通孔的一端，所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔相通。
